Ripple or Bitcoin

I chose both, bitcoin and ripple can be a good investment for profit, but for the most part of the money I invest in bitcoin because it is the most powerful coin.

I'd invest in Bitcoin. Investing in Ripple does not give me any benefits from holding it for years, if I hold it for 1 year the coin could be worth a small fraction of the purchasing price because of the reputation it has.

Of course Bitcoin has many flaws. This cryptocurrency is not perfect but at the same time I understand that there are many complains about Ripple from experts. They think that this currency is control of its developers. So I prefer Bitcoin.

That depends on the trend, whatever coin that you have bought and put them all into your wallet and that will always give you a lot of money when the trend is very bullish right now but this time it's so stable and this will be so long until all of rumour about ETF will have done in this week said chiefman of SEC.

every day  a  new coin  is been  created  but  for  me ripple  is never  going  to  become   such   as    bitcoin  because  potentials  are  not same and  never  will be  i think.

Ripple is a centralized currency. It is the opposite of "Satoshi Nakamoto" idea, the cryptocurrencies have emerged in order to be a decentralized option to conventional (centralized) media. This is the essence, the decentralization.

to change bitcoin I don't think that will happen and it is very unlikely for bitcoin coins to be replaced by other altcoins that tend to be far below bitcoin. many people choose to invest in bitcoin in my opinion because this coin is very promising to become a future asset and will be able to provide big profits.
most likely from the creation of ripples that bring sophisticated technology and will be widely used by banks, in the future the government can control it if many have entered the bank.

Both I will buy more bitcoin and also ripple. But you can make more money to ripple because of the lower price because possible the price of the ripple coin will increase more than 100 times to the current price right now. But bitcoin only 3 to 4 times in the next few months.

I think Ripple has a lot of potential. It's one of the few blockchain companies that puts blockchain technology to an actual use. I would want to invest in the company itself tho not in the utility token

There are 2 different coins, ripple I do not like it completely decentralized and it is used by banks , bitcoin is independent and no one will ever control it !

I'll have both thank very much! Bitcoin is still undoubtedly the currency of choice amongst all. It has survived a decade of hostile market and a community of skeptics. Controversies one after another for years! But still, BTC lives. Though it has been killed on this forum for so many times for so many reasons, BTC remains no. 1 on the list. So I would definitely still invest in BTC. Ripple on the other hand does not compete with Bitcoin as I see it. Though it will be a good investment if we see it to be one. XRP is the banking system's baby. So if I were to purchase XRP,  I'm pretty sure I'll gain from it.

For me, No other coin can replace the greatest that bitcoin already done and accomplished even ripple. Yes! Ripple into the coin is so able to reliably breathtaking ability to continue growing very able to reliably dang turn a profit.
 because I see the development of Ripple steadily improved into a fairly major coins in value.

These two are hard to compare since there is hardly anything in common between Bitcoin and Ripple. Bitcoin is always good to hodl  while Ripple goes through pumps and dumps regularly so a great trading coin.

Nevertheless, many people buy it. They are sure that 2019 will be the year of Ripple. Even if XRP goes up, it will not last for a long time. This currency is fast but I do not trust it a lot. You cannot compare it with BTC.
