yes, priced in, just popcorn

According to squatter if it's a RICO lawsuit it's likely to get thrown out of court before it even begins.

You can easily bring RICO charges against Bitfinex for the amount of insane, crooked shit they've done.  Everything from trading on their own exchange MtGox-style with money that doesn't exist, then stealing all customer deposits and claiming they were 'hacked' after the trade went against them.  It's not possible it was just one person who had internal knowledge of that, there's obviously several.  Then there's Giancarlo who appears to also have been colluding with Chinese Bitcoin oligarchs probably helping them rig the price, launder money, and get kickbacks from it.  I would go after Giancarlo as the soft target to bring down the criminal Bitfinex operation.

You can also easily bring RICO charges against Ethereum and others for issuing illegal IPOs then using both the money they received and pre-mine they gave themselves for free as margin collateral to artificially manipulate the price of the fake asset they created out of thin air to the moon in a pump and dump scam to defraud others on purpose.

update on my hedge adventure: my short got stopped out after it failed to break through a support level.

conclusion: I still see no advantage to hedge right from the start. rather the opposite. make the decision which direction you prefer at the start and save roll over costs of the position in the direction you don't need.

1 hour Brother. the spread is 115 points. with this spread and low volatility it makes no sense to trade on lower time frames.

Largely, I agree with the sentiment of your post, but even you realize that repetition of such similar responses even while quoting diptwat fatty, does not really add any value to the thread.

I have had quite a few posts deleted over the years that upon reflection do not really add much if any value, and of course admin has some discretion here, including imposing harsher penalties on you for continuing to engage in the behavior that they are removing.

This forum is not like a completely free form way to express any god damned thing that you want, even though we know that some posters, sometimes do seem to get away with some pretty outrageous off-topicness and even socially repulsive posts.  In any event, I remain a bit puzzled why you would conclude that your mostly non-substantive posts (beyond a kind of childish form of expressive art) are really worthy of remaining on WO's historical record or that admins (whoever the fuck they are) would have to either explain themselves or admit to which one(s) are deleting your objectively true as non-substantive thread clogging contributions (if you would deem them as such)...
