Fuck CBDCs and the pumping of them... especially in this thread.

CBDCs should be treated like a shitcoin as far as this thread is concerned...

I think CBDCs are worse than the majority of shitcoins regarding fungibility, dystopian control by design, so what would be a proper name for this?

This is great....but riddle me this; if you are a person buying an Alexa (or similar device), even after realizing that the constant recording loop must be sent to a cloud server somewhere because the hardware doesn't have the CPU power or storage space to deal with the trigger word detection on its own, would you really think panopticon is a bad idea?

I've been force-fed Alexa along with my firestick. I had to get that or upgrade my TV (still quite good), because it wouldn't run a modern Plex client so I could use the content on my (local) Plex server. At any rate, I never use Alexa. I have to say, unfortunately, it can't be shut down/disabled from the firestick menu. in theory, you have to press a special "eavesdrop" blue button to engage it. In practice, I have little doubt there's a steady audio stream from my living room to AWS.

Just for the lulz, the first days I tried to abuse her it verbally. F** off, suck my d***, "Hey Alexa, are you up for DP?". All it ever answered was "I'm sorry, I don't understand your request." Which means, it can do no harm since there's no understanding. Amirite?


EDIT - I made a conscious effort to use the pronoun IT when referring to Amazon's spy, but one HER slipped through. I had to re-read with fresh eyes, and edit it back. This gives me the creeps. It is AN ABSTRACT OBJECT, a huge pile of pseudo-neural matrices or whatnot. It's not a woman. Neither are Siri, Cortana or all the other modern digital assistants, even if they all disguise as humans. And female humans in particular. I'm sure some woke foul-smelling hairy feminist will be glad to explain why this preference for female vs. male. I'm glad I don't have to listen to that explanation. Back to watching porn now.

Or in case you attack someone who is at least ten times weaker than you - shelling hospitals, schools and TV towers is even easier because they don't fight back. Meanwhile, Russian morale is declining, especially when they read that from now on they will be stalked by the world's best sniper.

We got 30K of pages of nonsense and there is enough talk about corn.

You can't talk endlessly about price, because a price will always be there, existing, being there and doing nothing, just going up and down, and up again.

We got black death plague pandemic, that started the World War more in the open, then we got the real war. There is much more stuff to talk about, even if it is propaganda.   

At least propaganda here will be called out quickly and they won't take somewhere else their political distorted views. But they might take their propaganda somewhere else if we don't entertain it, and people will actually believe it.
