Total market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies fell sharply as well, wiping away another $11.5 billion to stand at $108 billion on the day, a far cry from $813 billion seen on Jan. 8, CoinMarketCap data shows.

I think bitcoin is the real digital gold and is the real store of value of blockchain technology. The other crypto are the worker of blockchain tech world... don't panic ... hodl 1 btc is 1/21 milions ... this is the true. In the near future we don't need btc/fiat pair why the fiat are collapsed from the debit. Close your eye, reflect and think bitcoin don't know debit. Good luck and good life to all my friends.

If I hold bitcoin cash, how can I claim the bitcoin cash SV?
This may be one of the (simplest) ways to do it: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001474046-Bitcoin-Cash-BCH-and-Bitcoin-SV-BSV-replay-depositsAs there is no reply protection between ABC/SV it is better to send to an exchange that does generate the same deposit addresses for each. Other way is to combine newly mined coins into tx for each of the forks, but I think using an exchange is more straightforward. #DYOR

How is the weather in your country people? Here in Greece we have a good weather (for winter that is). Whenever I open Coinlib in a tab to check the prices and I see stupidly overdone declines, I just close the tab and focus on other things.... well.... lately I've started to notice the beauty of flowers!

why ETH falls stronger than bitcoin? Competitor's problems should be beneficial, not the other way around

It is not the cash. If the crypto make pump you can double, triples or quadruples the marketcap. if there is a devaluation of the prices of the crypto low the marketcap. The important thing is that BTC Dominance: 55.2% is increasing, means that they are change shitcoin x BTC or buying BTC

I have learned a lesson that I will never forget. Don't know what the lesson is yet.
And you guys should be as depressed as I am, not buying shit like there's no tomorrow.
This capitulation thing is exhausting.
Good morning Mic! Well, it is not good really but... you know.

altcoins are correlated to bitcoin, no exceptions. in a bear market, they always fall harder than bitcoin. this makes sense: in a market contraction, higher risk and more speculative assets suffer the most. bitcoin and altcoins aren't competitors. their relationship is symbiotic, really.

We have seen worse drops then this by far and we will see even worse drops in the future. Rinse and repeat. Nothing has changed other then the stakes being higher. Next time they will be even greater then this...

Marketcap agost 2017 was +/- 1000 altcoins / shitcoins Now there are more 2000 / altcoins / shitcoins that most are useless, they have no value.
