I tell you a bit about my start in Bitcoin, I feel ridiculous, but it's like this: I started on the Internet in its beginnings, MSDOS and then in Windows, I had my time in web pages and in the purchase of domains, but unfortunately I never heard about Bitcoin, it was in August/September of 2017 when I bought Bitcoin for the first time. I still do not understand how it is possible to be immersed in the network since 1990 with domains, web pages, design, servers and never have news of Bitcoin. It seems fate kept me away for some reason. I'm late and I feel like I'm hanging in the last carriage of the train. Always Hodl with a small part for the trade. I would have liked to be here from the beginning of the WO thread, I would probably have more BTC. imho 95% of very early buyers of btc don´t own a large btc stash anymore. -lost/destroyed hardware -lost private keys -spent for pizza or other stuff -got hacked -some bad trades -going full retard as "daytrader" -sold because it finally went over $10 -lost btc on mtgox and other exchanges -bought shitcoins -fell for scams -invested in butterfly labs or other vaporware -believed the bcash lies -believed in the ETH flippening -etc, etc you are still early. mass adoption not here yet. if you manage to hodl a few whole btc you are going to be allright.rich. Yeah, that’s why I am sure that if I had known bitcoin in 2009 I might be have been screwed. I might have accumulated a lot of bitcoins via CPU mining at home, faucets, exchanging etc. I might have lost a LOT of bitcoins due to private keys lost/hardware corruptions. Storing private keys and transaction wasn’t as easy as today back in the days. Wallets had clumsy key and address management. Also I had a few HW fails in the years, I lost precious data, and back then I would surely have lost some private keys. For sure I would have sold part of stash at dollar parity in 2013, at 10 USD or at 1000 USD... regretting all my poor made choices. I would have lost more trying to recover the original stash. Today I would be constantly banging my head against the wall because of the lost money, even if I now would have probably 10x (ultra conservative estimate) of what I actually have today. I couldn’t be as strong as Latszo, knowing to have spent millions usd on two pizzas. Today, instead I consider myself lucky to have my slowly always increasing stash. Reserved for future use, very low time preferences. Bitcoin is wealth in future digital century The more you have, the more you got’ve higher wealth management ability. After 15 years Who are in WOers retirement list?

I agree that those are top notch examples, but I have to respectfully disagree with "kick ass" over Ninkazi. Let's be serious, at these rarefied levels we are in to the vagaries of personal taste, batch variation, product age, etc. We are talking about some of the finest brews on Earth after all. No argument there, it really does come down to taste at some point. Ninkasi is a great brewery, when my daughter was at UofO I would always bring home a growler of their IPA from Fred Meyer. For some reason the only beers of theirs that make their way this far south are the fruity beers. Homey don't play that. Another great light beer I've been drinking a bunch of these days is North Coast's Scrimshaw pilsner. Highly recommended, if you can get your hands on it.

Well to be fair a majority of every day stock buyers have zero fucking clue how the market works. So? We have no clue either...

Bitcoin will lead the crypto market in general, and altcoins in particular, to their higher positions. Bitcoin has strongly demonstrated that it can stay steadily at $8000.
I agree, $8000 is a good price and it can stay as long as BTC want, but we want bigger price, we have big expectation this year. I have a feeling that one of these days I'm going to see more memes again, "BTC to the moon".

Its not looking like BTC will reach the 10k anytime soon. The volume is dropping with each consequent push beyond the 8 - 8.1k levels. If this continues, we're looking at a stable point at about 7.5k However, it does look like it could progress to beyond 9k levels in 3 + months time. Any thoughts?

OT: Coming at ya from the "omg-really-you-don't-say" department. The stock market would be much lower if it weren’t for companies buying back their own sharesTrue but loose money would cause this anyway, the companies arent wrong as such to buy the shares and especially so where the shares are yielding more then the debt the company borrows at. Seems justified, Microsoft did that most famously afaik FOREX > Bonds > shares Shares dont matter as much, if the company is solid on its debt then its fine to buy shares and so reduce its outgoings on dividend payments. This is all comes back to abnormal artificial markets for bonds which relates to fiscal debt. Nobody famous on TV or in politics can really say as much, the deficits are gigantic, the debt allows that and the rates cant alter or all of the budget would be interest costs - insolvency. Hypocritical reasoning might have politicians going after share buy backs but its kinda political nonsense I'm pretty sure, if they also said lets turn this deficit to a surplus then sure. Apparently a swing of 16% is required to repay debt, no way is that ever going to happen. I recommend not watching this clip as theres very little anyone on the street can do about this so its just kinda irritating, populism favours more debt for sure Bitcoin has strongly demonstrated that it can stay steadily at $8000. I just see it going sideways and dont feel it must be positive from there. But it feels alot more positive then previous months and nearly double the price in quite a short term. I'm positive so long as it stays above some reasonable measure of momentum. I dont like the coiling up idea, it can spring either way. Draw a line under the rising daily lows, its in a reverse crescendo move I guess and bars are generally smaller then previous; this trend will end near term

Looks like bees working. The queen bee (or king ), decides where to build the hive and starts working immediately and then the workers start to notice the activity around them but at first not all of them show any interest but only a few. After some time passed the interest grows and the small bee hive becomes a full blown decentralized empire. (no queens or kings)
