What is he supposed to say? "I'm here for the pump and dump scams of imaginary, centralized, valueless tokens?"

I think we’ll probably get over $9,000 this next week. Got a feeling we’re due a next leg up soon. Nice quiet evening in for me tonight & fly back to the UK tomorrow.
Yep wake up and see $9000+ this movement is now stable.

Izabella Kaminksa the Polish Jew strikes again. Her problem with Elwar is: "The main objective is to squirrel away wealth without paying a fair share of tax" (to the Jews). Pay your kosher tax Elwar, you godless corsair.

so they did what could be labeled as a "reverseMtGox" stunt? Whoaza!!! 600Watt. Thought that you fell off of the face of the bitcoin earth. What have you been doing? Ignoring Bitcoin? hehe, sort of did I guess. I just came back to tell you guys that bear market is over. price was around $3500 on stamp when i came back to bitcointalk after a 10month break. unfortunately I did not listen to my own words and kept a 1/3 of my powder dry for that "dip to $1000". had to buy back all the way up to 7k region because of denial/stupidity/awe/"big retrace coming"/6k mother-of-all-resistance crap.

Don't worry. Many of us did the same mistake. I was pretty sure for another lower low under $3k. It was very chaotic back in the day. Everybody was telling something and I couldn't choose who to believe really. I unsubbed to Tone Vays and I am pretty sure he is aiming for $500k now. Piece of shit was screaming for $1k literally. In the end It was my mistake, nobody handcuffed me and I still increased my stash by %50 from November to May... so... Still... coulda bought a lot more... If it ever hits $6k, I am taking no prisoners this time and that's why this is not going to happen.

In the big picture you still got in near the bottom, after it broke above 6k I threw the rest of my money in because I knew at worst it would retrace to 6k. I did DCA since last October so I bought the bottom but when bitcoin is 6 digits you will be glad when you got in when you did. If you had bought at 3.5k and it went down to 1.2k you would have been feeling the same way, it's just emotions obviously.

Btw count me in for the 100k party. What's the deposit? Where do I send it? (Tranche of random addresses in 3, 2...)
Don't recall anyone suggesting the only place one of the wealthy elite would party... Monaco. Granprix weekend would be the cherry on top.

Monaco is a fooking shithole filled with arseholes. A weekend in a bail hostel in a Detroit ghetto would be classier.

"Localbitcoins Removes In-Person Cash Trades Forcing Traders to Look Elsewhere"On June 1, cryptocurrency enthusiasts were shocked to hear that the peer-to-peer exchange Localbitcoins has ceased offering in-person cash trades. According to a few users, all pending fiat trades have been canceled, leaving local traders who prefer cash high and dry and forced to seek other avenues. http://www.xbt.money/localbitcoins-removes-in-person-cash-trades-forcing-traders-to-look-elsewhere/

The topic of FOMO is an interesting one, and the prevention of FOMO is going to differ a bit from person to person; however, I believe that one of the best cures for FOMO is a bit more complicated than merely DYOR. DYOR should be a part of any investment decision making process, but DYOR is not likely to save you from FOMO unless you both put your investment plan to action in such a way that you are truly comfortable with nearly any outcome that can happen... so it would be difficult as fuck for anyone to be completely cured of FOMO without a decent amount of practice and repetitive scenarios to get the person psychologically prepared for extreme scenarios that seem to happen a decent amount of times in bitcoin. Part of any FOMO minimization plan would involve getting a decent stake into bitcoin, and maybe even front loading your investment a bit, buying on dips and dollar cost averaging. Repeat through practice until psychologically fortified against FOMO and even then the level of fortification might remain an uncertainty, until tested by daddy bitcoin.

I find watching a 5 min. BTC chart so relaxing... Almost therapeutic.
I know, I'm weird...
get ready for breakout soon Upgrade 1 required before breakout. 1albeit a very minor one thanks* changed, clear to go now /9k awaits/ *it took me good two minutes to find out what the change was. That's actually pretty quick. I don't want to mention any names but in the chart below (which I posted ~ 3 months ago) you may see others who haven't seen the minor difference. Avatar upgrade in progress - WO avatars are being converted to transparent background png format to give a neater appearance. Since the hats number in the low 100s and I have no formal (or informal for that matter) tracking system, I will convert them as I see them in posts. If you would like to change your avatar to the cleaner format, please take it from the table below (right click and save image). If I haven't upgraded your avatar and you have posted recently, it's not because I don't love you; PM me and I'll fix it. This upgrade is in response to constant badgering a suggestion from Kylapoiss which forced me to learn a new skill. Seriously though, it does look much nicer - so clean. Great suggestion! | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | HI-TECH99 | bones261 | d_eddie | mOgliE | ChinkEyes | RoomBot | AlcoHoDL | BinaryReign | starmman | | | | | | | | | | Gyrsur | Toxic2040 | Kylapoiss | cAPSLOCK | machasm | bitserve | Torque | Phil_S | lightfoot | | | | | | | | | | podyx | crypmike | Inception_hat | LoyceV | PoolMinor | rjclarke2000 | bitcoinminer42 | Dabs | LastoftheV8s | | | | | | | | | | Totscha | JimboToronto | | | | | | | |

Buenos dias Bitcoinland. In a hotel room in Playa del Carmen with my shiny new bottom teeth waiting to head off to Cancun airport with my lovely Mexican GF to spend the next 5 months in Canada. It's getting unbearably hot here and the weather in Toronto is gorgeous at this time of year.
Meanwhile, the price of Bitcoin is right back to where it was before that bizarre hiccup a few days ago... currently $8713USD/$11800CAD (Bitcoinaverage).
We're ready to resume the battle for $9k for as long as it takes. Hopefully I won't have to sell any Bitcoin until sometime in 2020 and with any luck I can buy some more in the meantime. By this time next year the price should be considerably higher. Another year after that and most of us should be fairly wealthy. Maybe by then we'll have resolved the $100k party location(s). As long as I don't have to go to the USA, I'm happy.
Life is good. Thank you Bitcoin.
Go Bitcoin go.

Okay Mr kenzawak : Meow meow... Woof woof lol I'm serious. It's sometimes cheaper than a regular flight ticket. EDIT : I wouldn't take my dog(s) to the 100k party, there will be enough animals there already I'm sure. We'll bring the whole zoo including roach, gembitz, jonoiv etc etc Speaking of jonoiv: Poor lil tinglie.... seems to be the most recently roached. Sucks to be him. I would not be rubbing in his bad situation if he were more humble and if he were not such an asshole in his self-righteous talking his book in an effort to get others (reading this thread) to follow his lack of incrementalism selling of BTC dumbness.

Well, this is putting the 100K party Vegas location in jeopardy.
I thought it was agreed that we wouldn't do the party in the US, for our various international friends who have problems stepping onto US soil ? Canada in the summer is nice (British Columbia ?), although I think somewhere in Europe might be an alternative (Spain ? The Netherlands ? Belgium ? Someplace that has no trouble with English) Mexico or anywhere South America are out of contention for security reasons. I have trouble getting out of the US, might make it into Canada, the Caribbean would actually be the easiest to pull off for me.
