We were talking about the countries mentioned in the article you posted, specifically Greece, so leave Europe out of this.
Officially tourism makes around 20% of Greece's GDP for the last 20 years, but if you take into account that Greeks love to avoid taxes, and also take into consideration the businesses associated with the tourist industry, you will find that the number is closer to 30%, and possibly more.

1. Your first quote of the article mentioned europe was a corona hotspot which you seemed to deny thus i just wanted to point out that it is indeed a corona hotspot.

2. Official statistics for 2019 is 10% of gdp - i didnt look more the in the past.
But the higher the % the more dangerous because more tourists = more possible carriers.

3. Greece plans to restart tourism by june 1 and so far i didnt find any news indicating something different.

I dunno but nvk has a nifty looking atomic clock in the background on a halving stream they are going by and it counts down live.
Tone says he will be cracking a bottle of his finest reserve tequila from it's wooden box when it does happen and celebrate livestream.
If he plans on having the stream last till midnight he shouldnt take more than a shot.

They are pretty upbeat at the one I have been mentioning for the past hour about.
They are trying to match the number of viewers to the price of bitcoin and with it dropping they are just about there.

I personally favor Monero, since it's the anonymous encrypted internet money that the original Silk Road users once thought Bitcoin was, and is the world's first true digital cash.  As a Bitcoin miner & trader since early 2011, I have loved it and still do for various things, but unfortunately Bitcoin is already legacy (e.g., Netscape Navigator).  If you want true next-gen Bitcoin 2.0 cryptocurrency / digital cash, Monero is the new kid on the block (e.g., Google Chrome alpha/beta). I've converted my BTC funds to XMR and don't plan on going back to legacy (except when necessary using services such as https://xmr.to). The free market shall decide...

Moral of the story: Stay the course, stay in Bitcoin, don't give in to shitcoins.
