Oh gawd... you are amazing.. if you do not say so ur lil selfie.   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I know u guys love bitcoin. But it's flawed. U can't love math, it's just math. It's like loving a rock. Or those rock NFT jpgs. Smiley

Might we label it as ironic that you have been participating in this thread for so long, but you seem to have learned absolutely nothing... you don't even seem to understand bitcoin basics beyond recognizing that somehow maths are involved... go figure?

So in essence, you are amazing in your own right, as I already mentioned to be spewing out the same kinds of uninformed baloney-pieces that you were spewing out a few years ago... the only difference is that you failed/refused to strategically place CAPITALS and all bold in inopportune locations to emphasize the most unimportant pieces of your largely incoherent nonsense.

Hey, hold on a minute Jay,  AWOL wo bro Yogi Jbreher never strategically "placed CAPITALS and bolded locations" (Well he might have occasionally, but whatever...) and your lil selfie didn't bitch at him for not doing that.
I will acknowledge, however, you surely bitched about various other objectionable big block thingenings he indulged in and discussed on this here thread. Perhaps... perhaps??

This response is to Save the RF.. not jbreher.. so I am not sure about what connection that you are making.

I may seem bitter or wtf u say there, but I don't rly care much about anything. I eat cookies, chocolate, drink coffee and play video games all day long. (Keto cookies & chocolate and all organic ofc... Tongue  ... maybe I'l share my youtube channel with you guys one day... teach you 'poor folk' some cooking skills Shocked )  Cheesy  Cheesy
I believe that I saw one of your cookbooks.

Gotta love those little flash crashes.

Especially if you have PTSD after 8 years of Bitcoin holding Cheesy

The last 8 years have been pretty damned good.. I must admit.. even if there were some stressful periods in there too.. but if you had been erroring in on the side of HODLing, as you say, UnDerDoG81.. cannot really complain about the last 8 years.

Just think .. a mere $10 per week of buying for the past 8 years would have gotten  you nearly 5 bitcoin and nearly $300k in value.. just gotta be erroring on the side of HODLing or accumulating, as you say UnDerDoG81.

Would you consider that $10 a week investment a decent success?
Or did he still fail?

I can't believe that a CEO of a major financial institution is quoted as studying the PlanB S2F model, which was created by a nobody.

Absolutely surreal.

https://www.cnbc.com/2021/10/17/bitcoin-bull-mark-yusko-sees-trouble-at-60000-says-its-overbought.html

Quote
“There are a lot of people that think we could hit $100,000 by the end of the year. The stock to flow model says we should,” the Morgan Creek Capital Management CEO and CIO told CNBC’s “Trading Nation” on Friday.

My comment was not so much a hit on PlanB's S2F model, but moreso that a wealthy elite with access to the world's smartest, highly paid quants is basing his bitcoin buying decisions on something created by the community at large. Just goes to show how clueless these people really are about the Bitcoin market.

In 2013 Michael Saylor said "Bitcoin days are numbered. It seems like just a matter of time before it suffers the same fate as online gambling". He changed his mind? Or just a good poker player telling us Bitcoin is future and at the end will hammer Bitcoin once he got out?

C'mon, clearly he'll say whatever helps make his investors more money. That's all he's ever done.

Not really, he was clearly very wrong back in 2013, pity he took so long to change his mind as he could have many times more coins right now for a fraction of the cost.

Just goes to show how clueless these people really are about the Bitcoin market.

They are as clueless about Bitcoin and life in general as we are. Everybody just tries things. Some things will work out, some don’t.

One thing is clear: nowadays it’s better to fail by buying into Bitcoin, than failing by not buying Bitcoin.

The Gauntlet has been thrown.

You can love math. To say that you can't love math is tantamount to admitting you don't understand math.

As a kid they gave us a math text book in first grade. It had the work in it from sept 1962 to June 1963.
I loved math so much that I finish all the chapters with all the problems by October 1st.

Back in the day there were no calculators so multiplication tables were supposed to be memorized from 1 x 1 up to 12 x 12

a grid that was 12 by 12.

once I memorized it I made a multiplication table from 1 x 1 to 20 x 20 and memorized it.

So yeah math lovers do exist .

Now to defend savetherainforest i suspect BTC will have issues of scaling and shit coins will always be here.

But what do I know not much.

I think us younger ones got to around 10x10 tables, and then it was easy enough to extrapolate it or just use that to get to 1 billion if needed.

Off topic but I just rediscovered chess. As in the board game. It feels like a math love type of thing. I played it a long time ago, and it is an ageless game having survived about a thousand years the way it is, but today is modernized with standard looking pieces and how the current rules.

The computer side of it is also interesting as it was already about a decade ago that human grandmasters can no longer compete with computer chess players (now known as chess engines). Simple app on a phone will beat humans, and we just use them as analysis tools now.

No doubt. My decision to heavily invest in bitcoin in 2013 was literally life-changing.

The best decision of a lifetime.
