This can change anytime.
In Austria, for example, they had the same taxation model, before they changed it to general capital gains taxation if you bought your corn after Feb. 2021.
The interesting fact is, the law was issued later, in the summer after this cutoff date, and became effective in March 2022. 
Corn bought before Feb 2021 remains tax free, as well as exchanging from/to other cryptos (stablecoins).
Only EUR gains are taxed, so you're still lucky in Austria if you bought the top after Feb.2021 and sold for EUR at a lower price.

So, the liver transplant has finally been completed, and though it's still early days, everything is looking good.

Most guys see the real value of shitcoins, when market dumps. Some of the "top shitcoins" dumped 80-85% this time

just think if is goes pos and death spirals like luna/ust which had a 30k btc anchor to keep it stable.

I consider eth death sprial wrapped into a lot of btc as one of the biggest threats there is to btc.

Indeed, BTC will probably take a hit.
And if the meth-death-spiral coincides with the gox coins getting released, whales will probably use that as an excuse to dump the whole market.

Bitcoin, once again, feels a bit moar awesome to me now.

Idea:
How much do we have to spend to rename ETHan to BTCan (pronounced "Bitcoinan")?
If he'd be asked about the meaning of his name, he could reply Bitcoin saved his life 
Also, he would get rid of the Shitcoin-part of his current name.

Even if i initially meant this as a joke, the longer i was actually typing it, i got more and more to think it has something to it...
