Anyone who makes that statement without equally mentioning that Russia has sent troops to shoot  families and do worse, rocket random cities across the country and therefore is ever so slightly reckless; they are either on the payroll or hoping to garner citizenship and favor for some reason.   Theres always the possibility of being a complete idiot also.

Nobody is winning this war, they are both losing troops, people, money, resources.  9000 troops are further ready to cross the Belarus border and add to the waste and destruction that will aid nobody and make no progress in ending the war, all for nothing.

Russia sent troops in 2022 because US invaded Ukraine in 2014. For 8 bloody years of civil war in Ukraine Russia tried every option (Minsk I and Minsk II) to resolve it peacefully but US, their lapdog UK, and US satellites from the EC just wanted war. For 8 bloody years the Nazi junta in Kiev relentlessly bombarded the East of the country. So, finally they have what they were looking for.

This war will be effective cover up for the coming financial and economic crisis in the West during which American empire will disintegrate.

Interesting...
TL;DR
1. There will be high nominal growth rates caused by capex and re-industrialization. Government-directed investment and credit guarantees would proliferate (EU especially).
2. Wages will rise.
3. Don't invest much in bonds as bond yields might become controlled (bonds yeilds will be below nominal growth).
4. Homeshoring and/or friendshoring.
5. It will continue for 15-20 years and then we would have real stagflation aka 70ies.
6. Due to nominal GDP growth, debt to GDP will decline.
7. Thinks that main areas of investment will include moving production back from China, energy, defense, climate change and inequality [not sure where is investment there?]. Therefore, it's mainly a capex boom.
