I suggest to take into account inactivity as well
for example when you don't post once every 2 weeks, you can actually loose points once you become a senior member

also scaling the needed activity/posts/login time dynamically somehow (certainly for higher ranks) seems reasonable.
Maybe even add trust to the mix.

I agree with all your suggestions but I think inactivity count should be 4 weeks to lose points.

I also suggest a formula including word count and not only post count.

My account is 3 years old, but i didn't posted in the forum since i create it. Now i'm using it and raising my activity level, how does potential activity affects me? im having some troubles to understand the concepts. Right now my activity is at 84 since 1 week, and won't raise.

It doesn't, you didn't post in enough different periods to have any accumulated activity. If you had, your activity would = posts. Age of the account doesn't factor into it beyond having an opportunity to have posted in multiple periods.

I don't think so. Animated gifs used to be allowed (back in 2013 I believe) but after the avatar exploit no animated avatars were allowed.

the activity limit is not updated in real time so asking someone to answer that question is just dumb (sorry).

read this google spreadsheet for the when. keep in mind that you have to make at least 1 post in the next period in order for your activity limit to increase.

how much your activity will increase depends on your post count. if you have 90 post in total then your activity will increase to 90. activity limit will only increase by 14 for every periods that you posted in.
