Yes, of course. activity is calculated from the number of posts you create. for example in two weeks you get activity 28 out of 28 post that you make. but when you delete one of the posts you create then your activity count will also be 27 after one hour.

Did you receive a PM in regards to your post being deleted? If yes then your posts were considered a low value post and as results has been deleted by moderators or in some cases by OP (in self moderated threads), in which it lowers your post count and activity with the ending result of demotion in rank (since your post and activity are similar). Another reason is if you post in a thread that has been moved to trash (all of your posts on that thread, will be removed automatically).

you must post 14 to get the maximum up in the duration, if you post less, your activity will not up 14 in 14 days.

Your account would have pot. Activity, say, you only made 7 posts in the last 2 week, then you will be get 14 activities from next 2 week + 7 activities from previous week.

Newbie can post after every 6 minute no limit for posts you can post as you want but don't spam here otherwise you will ban by any mod any time

This is the incorrect answer. You only have to make one post during a 2 week period for it to be marked active. Later on, if you make more posts your activity will increase by a maximum of 14 for each 2 week period that you were active as per the formula in the opening post of this thread. So yes you can catch up later.

It is about what you can put in your signature. See the section in the opening post "Signature Restrictions".  Also, a newbie cannot embed images in their posts and you have to be a full member or above to use an avatar.

Because activity is different to post count. That's what the opening post of this thread is for, to explain how it works, go back and read it.

Why is that I got 4 activity forums in less than an hour? I thought that the terms and condition was 1 activity forum for every day? I was confused, please someone clarify it.  Thanks!

The activity update happens every hour and you only gain a maximum of 14 activity per two weeks. If you post 15 posts today for example, you will stop at 14 activity until the next activity reset and If you post one post each day during the 2 weeks period then you will end up with the same results.
