Long time since I last checked on HLM project, didn't knew that snapshot already took place, found out today after seeing the SPR dump.
Wonder if snapshot already ended or would one still be in time to participate.

Snapshot is over ..... unless u had some spr in wallet then u need to wait for HLM wallet to get out |

Snapshot is done. If you had coins in your local wallet or cryptopia, you earn the equivalent in helium coins (1 to 1). If you had coins in bittrex... then who knows. M |

Hi im a newbie and have some questions to ask.
I have recently noticed that there was a snapshot like 2 hours ago for HLM.
I have recently bought a few SPR from cryptopia and was wondering if i also
get a chance to obtain HLM if i have SPR in the future.
Is it over or will i get a chance to get HLM with my SPR later?

We now need to either buy HLM or like get it from exchanges? The quick answer is No. Helium coins would be given to those who had SpreadCoins at a specific block which has already passed. Going forward you can wait for the release of the Helium Pay wallet and start to mine it or you can wait till it is listed on an Exchange and then buy the coins. The split of the blockchain and subsequent award of helium for SpreadCoins was a one off not an ongoing process. |

Also, it just occurred to me that there's no such thing as a free lunch.
Pray that the initial price of Helium on the exchange when it hits your wallet is low. As it counts as taxable income.
On the other hand, you can count your loss of SPR against it..

Wow so no guarantee if Bittrex doesn't cooperate? I can't believe a longer notice wasn't given about transfering your coins to Cryptopia. All i've ever heard about was bittrex and I dont follow the thread for a 1-2 weeks and swap has taken place on another exchange? Noone is going to check this non active thread all the time especially since there have already been delays in launch. A longer grace period should have been given. All the volume is currently on Bittrex and the price is much higher than cryptopia. This is probably b/c alot of people like myself bought and held there waiting for the swap and now are not dumping ask they try to figure out what's going on. |

I don't think it takes that long for Topia to get their shit straight. Almost 5 hrs and no clue where the coins went.
More importantly, what good is HLM on that exchange given the current circumstance?
