The platform is currently in alpha, we will soon be going into beta, then release, so yes the platform will be released

There is no doubt that the concept of Populous business model is very viable and promising.
But the value materialization still depends on how much effort and dedication the team is putting in to realize it.

And the only way you can see that effort; is by the release of the Populous Platform to the public

PPT doesn't have a value until the team has produced a viable product and there are active invoices sellers.

That by no means is FUD and should deter people from investing, chances are Dorky is invested to or else he wouldn't be on this thread so frequently. Is there something I am missing?

Dont see much price reaction/improvment. I guess big whales already know about this and most PreIco investors too, so not really sure how the announcement will suddenly cause a flood of buy orders but I'm hopeful it might
