Conte and Zidane would have been perfect to form the Newcastle team properly. Since the team has to be formed from a single zero, it is definitely very challenging. It is not possible without experience. Although Zidane wants a higher salary, Newcastle should give Zidane the responsibility. Newcastle will not get an experienced and skilled coach than him at the moment. Gerrard and Lampard are not bad. But not as experienced as Zidane or Conte.

We all know Real Madrid has always been an admirer of young talented promising players. Aurelien Chuameni also seems like a good expectancy. This season he scored 1 goal in 9 matches but 60 million seems like a higher price for him. Something around 40 to 45 million fits him. What do you mean by has lost his goal-scoring instinct? He is in the best season of his career so far. This season in La Liga he played 8 games and scored 9 goals and assisted 7. But senior players have a command over the game. They have the experience which helps both the team and the younger players on the field. Just look at Busquets. The guy is 33 but still a vital player for both Barcelona and Spain. So senior players are needed on the field, not always for scoring and assisting, but sometimes for leading the squad in general and dictating the play.
