If there is one thing I have noticed about our coaches is they fail to manage their human resource both new and old... and the worst part is they acquire players full of talent and hope to play for the club ,but what they get is nothing near what was agreed and neither do they get the needed game time which affects their talents and confidence overall...  but then again their decisions are not unilateral ,fans too contribute on who they want to see on the pitch, the boards could have a say and many other stake holders, hence I think there is interference.

Those seem to be some good changes for Barcelona. And considering Barcelona's current state, some change of personnel is really necessary. And I also want Ousmane Dembele to stay in Barcelona because he seems to be a real talent and I have to say with the better situation he can perform a lot better but only if Barcelona didn't have these problems right now.

He can sign a contract in January, but he will have to wait another 6 months to be able to leave the team, will he be able to hold that long?
Anyway, it seems that there is no other way, but I've read that there are at least half a dozen teams interested in the player, it must be "raining" proposals for him to choose.

It has to be seen if anybody else wants to take huge Pogba's contract. United keep saying they would not even consider selling him in January, they will probably feel they can offer the best terms.
Real will go all-in with Mbappe, Barcelona doesn't have the money, Juventus is in a downfall so it would be interesting to see if he'd even want to return there. City and Liverpool would not be interested, Bayern as well.

PSG might, the main problem is that they want to keep Mbappe for another season as well. I'd say Pogba has only 3 options, 2 of them are dependent on what Mbappe decides. But staying with United looks eralistic, no matter what Raiola says.
