I think that makes sense because age is the main factor so no one from the top league wants to sign him apart from Atletico Madrid and Suarez has been a bit obedient to being a goal machine so not many are interested.
Maybe club Nacional is an option in his own country and he can meet more family there, I'm sure Suarez there can perform even better even though there must be a solid squad in it.

To avoid the threat of relegation they need players who have quality above Dwight McNeil, I don't even see anything special about this player in the last few seasons, this still cannot compensate for the departure of Richarlison who is one of Everton's mainstays. Finally, Everton has woken up. The signing of Dwight McNeil is a good one despite his poor goal record with Burnley last season, I think he will contribute to the growth of Everton since he is not an injured player and he is still very young. I really don’t understand how players are preferring to move to Barcelona instead of Chelsea right now. The situation in Barcelona is not very favorable and everyone knows that. But Barcelona is buying players and also offering them really lucrative contracts which they probably will not be able to dodge. I just don’t know where Barcelona is getting the money from. Is there any news regarding European clubs who want to sign him before he officially joins Nacional? I didn't find any news regarding this, maybe the reason European clubs didn't want to sign him was because his performance had dropped. Hopefully Suarez can return to his former form (even though he is no longer young), so we will see news about rumors that he will join a European club.
