This is really making things more difficult for Arsenal. Manchester City were actually watching this situation from a distance. They weren't planning to make an official offer for Rice as long as the player doesn't show any intention to go there. However it looks like they have changed their mind then.

Manchester City's intervening should be affecting Rice's decision seriously. I don't know how often he would be in the starting eleven there. But I feel sure that he would play for a longer time at Arsenal. But on the other hand the situation of winning many titles with Manchester City can outweigh that.

Going to City to win trophies is not all there is to football. It's not that simple. Manchester City has Rodri who is the best DM in the world right now and he's not old and is not slowing down anytime soon. Only Kimmich can be compared to Rodri right now in terms of the best defensive midfielders, and even Kimmich is not a single-pivot midfielder.
Rice can go to City but it's a certainty that he would be a bench player. I don't care how good he is, he's not benching Rodri, not while Pep is the coach, and while Pep is the coach. A double-pivot midfield with two natural single pivot is not ideal.
In Arsenal, Rice would be an undisputed starter and will develop into whatever he wants, He's still young and can always leave Arsenal for another team in the future.

Unexpectedly after leaving Barcelona at the end of the season Sergio Bosquest has finally followed in the footsteps of his former Barcelona colleague and this will be a new journey for both of them to enjoy football in America. Mbappe was playing in PSG and was the superstar is this team, he even tried to say he is better than other players like he was really a selfish player in his team. But if he leaves PSG and joins Real Madrid for the next season he will have players like Vinicius in this team and many other talented players which can be challenging for Mbappe.

I just love the condition Mbappe kept PSG at the moment after all they are just domestic Champions, the PSG board have seen it that if they allow him to wait till his current contract expires he'll become a free agent and they'd be on the losing end with Mbappe not signing a new contract and if he stays the ball is still not on there court, they'll be losing so is best to let him go. But to me I still feel Mbappe needs to learn much more discipline before going to Madrid because the way and manner he displayed at PSG isn't good to take to Madrid, that's to say his behavior might corrupt the younger ones at Madrid.
Well anything can happen like a change of behavior but if this deal pull through then let the whole of la Liga be aware of the damage Madrid is come with next season even in the UCL.

Exactly my Opinion Yesterday, Declan Rice would be a better player and play for complete 90 minutes when he picks Arsenal over Manchester City, it's every players dream to work with Pep Guardiola but I'll consider him blind if he sides with City.

I expect this move to England will resurrect the career of Justin Kluivert. Being the son of one of the best strikers in Europe Patrick Kluivert, much is expected from him. I would have preferred he join the Gunners, but football is changing; it's no longer about how good you play, but how many trophies you have. Declan Rice may struggle in other clubs because his career has been solely around West Ham United. He gained every piece of respect in the club, from the youth level to the top level, since he worked so hard for it. The Hammers' manager, David Moyes, is open-minded and would like Declan Rice to match the demands of premier teams and to be consistent in his prime next season. The big concern that comes to mind when I see City in the race is whether Pep would jeopardize the player's position and function by converting him.

His transfer fee is the biggest record for his old club Wolves, his decision to go to Arab is questionable because he is still 26 years old still has a long career maybe after his contract is not renewed he will have difficulty finding clubs interested in him in Europe, but it is possible he will end his career in there or will return to play in the league of his country Portugal. Bournemouth have announced the signing of Justin Kluivert. Justin Kluivert played on loan at Valencia last season. He played 29 games in Laliga and scored 8 goals and made 2 assists. He doesn't have brilliant stats. But he is only 24 years old. And maybe he can do better stats in the Premier League with Bournemouth jersey. The Premier League is a tougher league than other leagues. But Justin Kluivert has a career that deserves this chance. I think Bournemouth made a young and talented signing. And this is a correct transfer policy in my opinion.

It seems Mbappe is close to signing his contract with Real Madrid because the PSG owners asked him to extend his contract or they will sell this player this summer they are just forcing Mbappe to sign the contract and this cannot have any good results because in the end even if Mbappe stays in PSG he can't have good performance because he didn't stay there by himself.
