I doubt Barcelona will accept him back after his departure and the way he is playing right now especially with many injuries. He better leave PSG too if he wants to have a fresh start also. Going to Saudi Arabia will grant him money which was one of the purpose he left Barcelona for. Playing in MLS will make him feel some competition but with less money. Going back to Brazilian league might be interesting but I doubt he will do that before the end of his career..

I don't think Neymar will return to Barcelona because he is not on the list of names Xavi will prioritize in this transfer window. Koulibaly is a great defender, I think it would be worth keeping him in the team, but Poccettino knows better.
