if Mbappe wants to leave, PSG should immediately offer the player, even if not at the price he really wants. if the price is too high, a club as big as Madrid will also consider it. Mbappe may have reached a verbal agreement with Real Madrid and upon reaching a verbal agreement, asked Real Madrid for some time so that he could be released and then join Real Madrid, in which case Real Madrid may have accepted Mbappe's terms and given Mbappe one more season. It turns out that when Guardiola said a few months ago that he would let Silva go to Barcelona without any problems (since they respect the player’s desire, etc.), was a lie and a bluff? Well, he better stay strong and stand by his words. Otherwise Liverpool is not going to be able to perform well in this season either. We saw Liverpool perform really badly in the last season. City will be big favourites for sure, they are losing Walker, Gundogan, Mahrez though. Bernardo Silva wants to leave too and De Bruyne is nearly 33. Maybe they peaked last season and will begin a small decline. It might not be enough to lose the title but other teams may get closer.

Regarding Liverpool, Henderson and Fabinho are leaving soon, both going to Saudi Arabia. I think a defensive midfielder will come in when they finally leave. World Cup winning midfielder Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai are already here, they will improve the midfield.

When Jurgen Klopp speaks so confidently then we will see next season. I am optimistic that Jurgen Klopp's character is still viable and will add a lot to the jumble in the main squad. Given that several key players have moved on, Klopp will be more flexible in making improvements, so that nothing can prevent him from filling in what is left behind. I don't think Bernando Silva will be allowed to take the exit root at Manchester City because of the way he plays in the team.He is a very versatile player that everyone loves at the team,and he won't want to leave either.Therefore, offering him contract is the best thing they can actually do.Moreover,I think this season is really going to be massive in tittle race pursuit because other England teams are not happy that it has been Mancity dominating all this whil other teams like Arsenal,Manchester United and Liverpool are the three teams I see that will battle it out with City to win the English Premier league next season,but to me,Arsenal are more favourite after City.Its really going to be tough,because  Newcastle is another team we have to look out for next season,because they showed what they are capable of doing last season,and maybe this season,they might do more better.

The midfield was one of the jobs they had to complete before the season started, and they've done that. With these 2 attacking players joining, I feel that we will see a change in Liverpool next season. One by one they are finishing what they have to finish, I'm sure Klopp has realized it since last season, and his movements in the transfer market are like listening to what the fans are talking about seeing what they experienced last season.
We don't know the results yet, but they have shown positive signals.

Pep will allow any player to leave if they want, but the big question is Bernardo Silva want to leave Manchester City? looks unlikely, same like Gundongan where I can't understand the reason he want to leave. Nope, although Arsenal is currently the top spender in this season, but it can't change everyone's view if Manchester City is better than Arsenal due to previous treble winner. The only way Arsenal become favorite than Manchester CIty if Mbappe, Haaland, Ronaldo or Messi join the team.

It is reported that there are several clubs that are ready to buy Mbappe at high prices, Liverpool, one of which is said to have prepared funds of 200 million Euros, and there is also Real Madrid, which if they want to buy Mbappe, must sell at least two of their players to get fresh funds, and another Premier League club that is reportedly interested in Mbappe is Arsenal, although Arteta has not officially disclosed it, and it is possible for PSG to work with a wealthy Saudi Arabian club to push the price of this player higher because PSG seems very eager to profit from the sale of this player.
