As long as a club has a contract with a player, that club has the power to make any decisions about the player, but in the case of Mbappe, we can see the opposite. Mbappe's behavior seems to be that Mbappe is controlling PSG. Mbappé has good reason for such behavior. When Mbappe was rumored to be leaving the club last season, the club gave him maximum power and Mbappe is taking advantage of the opportunity to make any decisions. PSG's mistake was to give one player so much power. But PSG are always devising new ways to keep him tied to the club, by giving him lots of preference and paying him a big amount of money. I do not think Mbappe is playing only for money at this stage in his career, he knows his potential and will like to see what he can achieve. Saudi Club Al-Hilal are interested in bringing him to their club even if for just one season and then he can leave to any other club in Europe that want him, PSG may sell because of the financial gain, but it is unlikely that Mbappe will accept the move even if it is just for a season.

Where other players focus themselves on career, Mbappe only focuses on money. Real Madrid offered him to join the club last season but he stayed at PSG when PSC offered him a bigger fee. Had Mbappe joined Real Madrid last season, Mbappe would have had a great chance of winning the Champions League as well as the Ballon d'Or, but he didn't leave the club just for money. This season we can also see his greed for money. If Mbappe really focused on his career, he would not have waited until the end of his contract with PSG. He will not leave the club until the end of his contract with psg to take all the transfer money. because, of course, PSG will suffer a loss if Mbappe ends up having to go free next year. reportedly Mbappe was also not included in the squad brought by PSG for the pre-season tour to Japan. there are many rumors from the media regarding the current situation.
if Mbappe wants to leave, PSG should immediately offer the player, even if not at the price he really wants. if the price is too high, a club as big as Madrid will also consider it. It seems a loss for PSG if they continue to defend Mbappe while Real Madrid are still waiting for next season for free, now PSG must be more open whoever has a high offer this summer then just sell Mbappe because there is no hope anymore while Real Madrid will not buy at a high price, I am sure with this statement from PSG there must be more offers that previously also Liverpool were rumored to want Mbappe.

Well, he better stay strong and stand by his words. Otherwise Liverpool is not going to be able to perform well in this season either. We saw Liverpool perform really badly in the last season. City will be big favourites for sure, they are losing Walker, Gundogan, Mahrez though. Bernardo Silva wants to leave too and De Bruyne is nearly 33. Maybe they peaked last season and will begin a small decline. It might not be enough to lose the title but other teams may get closer.

Regarding Liverpool, Henderson and Fabinho are leaving soon, both going to Saudi Arabia. I think a defensive midfielder will come in when they finally leave. World Cup winning midfielder Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai are already here, they will improve the midfield.

When Jurgen Klopp speaks so confidently then we will see next season. I am optimistic that Jurgen Klopp's character is still viable and will add a lot to the jumble in the main squad. Given that several key players have moved on, Klopp will be more flexible in making improvements, so that nothing can prevent him from filling in what is left behind. Actually, even last season, Liverpool had the ideal squad, it's just that they were still a little doubtful and had not fully found match points. I don't think Bernando Silva will be allowed to take the exit root at Manchester City because of the way he plays in the team.He is a very versatile player that everyone loves at the team,and he won't want to leave either.Therefore, offering him contract is the best thing they can actually do.Moreover,I think this season is really going to be massive in tittle race pursuit because other England teams are not happy that it has been Mancity dominating all this whil other teams like Arsenal,Manchester United and Liverpool are the three teams I see that will battle it out with City to win the English Premier league next season,but to me,Arsenal are more favourite after City.Its really going to be tough,because  Newcastle is another team we have to look out for next season,because they showed what they are capable of doing last season,and maybe this season,they might do more better.

The midfield was one of the jobs they had to complete before the season started, and they've done that. With these 2 attacking players joining, I feel that we will see a change in Liverpool next season. One by one they are finishing what they have to finish, I'm sure Klopp has realized it since last season, and his movements in the transfer market are like listening to what the fans are talking about seeing what they experienced last season.
We don't know the results yet, but they have shown positive signals.
