Previously he was rumored to be going to the Arab League because there was an offer to Manchester City but I did not continue to follow this news, maybe he refused to go there, then there is news today that Bernardo Silva also rejected an offer from PSG he wants to play in the Spanish League which club is he referring to? Is it Barcelona who will be joining Gundongan?

Previously PSG had made an offer to City for Bernardo Silva, unfortunately City turned it down. now Ousmane Dembele is rumored to be leaving for PSG, even though Xavi is trying to prevent him from staying at Camp Nou. however, as reported by Romano, Barca are expected to make at least one more attempt to sign Cancelo using part of Dembele's budget. thus, it looks like it will be a dead end for Bernardo Silva.

Speaking of Bernardo Silva, several newspapers have reported that he is said to have "begins to despair" to join Barcelona from Manchester City this summer. Barcelona appears to be his preferred destination, although a deal seems more dream than reality. however, Diario Sport claims Silva "begins to despair" to join the reigning La Liga champions. but according to several other reports, Dembele is ready to leave the club for PSG. therefore, according to Sport Silva could act instead. however, it looks like City will let him off the hook easily. after all, Barcelona did not have the budget to bring the midfielder to Camp Nou. so, it looks like Silva's wish will not come true for this summer window.

After Riyad Mahrez left and joined the Saudi league team, the right winger position became vacant and it seems that Manchester City wants to move quickly to get a replacement. One name has been rumored with Manchester City, namely Jeremy Doku from Rennes. I honestly don't know how this young Belgian is performing and if Pep Guardiola is interested in bringing him to the Etihad stadium then he is a player with even greater potential. If you refer to last season's statistics in Ligue 1 with Rennes, he recorded 6 goals and 2 assists in 29 appearances. I think this player is quite good but immature so it takes enough time to reach his best performance if he later joins Manchester City.

Manchester city will find it very difficult to replace a player like Mahrez because in today's market,players of such quality are very scarce,and the little ones available will be placed with a very high price tag.Manchester city knows quite well that loosing a player like Mahrez means they need to look for another good player,and I won't be surprised if Manchester city goes for another big name after the exit of Gundogan and Mahrez from the team.They really need to invest in their squad again because next season will be very tough and competitive,we have the likes of Arsenal signing players that can add quality to the team,and also signing players to add depth to the team.We also see Liverpool trying to bounce back from last season's setback,where they fell below top four.Therefore,if Mancity will still remain champions,then they need to sign more players

I think Bernardo Silva will not leave Manchester City now probably. Manchester City are seeing him as a really important player right now. They are thinking of making a huge improvement in his salary. It is even talked about doubling his current salary I mean. This would be an offer which is hard to refuse for Silva probably.

Manchester City can get a really solid offer for him this summer. But I don't think they would let go of him anyway. I don't know if Silva would like to leave for Saudi teams either. I think it is a little early for him to do so.

But I know that Saudi teams started to sign a deal with younger players lately also. Therefore it is up to his call if there is a huge offer to be seen.

Saudi Arabian clubs are completely aware of the players they want to sign; absolutely nothing bothers them; when they perceive a golden opportunity, they seize it and transform it into something valuable. Manchester City are reluctant to let out one any of their most essential players; he is as crucial to the team as Kelvin De Bruyne. Benardo Silva is an important player for Manchester City because of his ability and services to the team. Pep Guardiola would not let him leave so easily, especially after losing IIkay Gundogan to Barcelona. He is working hard to resurrect the club's midfield, which serves as its engine room.

I assumed big team, you mean by worth else I don't think Bayern would boast of being better than Arsenal in their current form, Raya has been in Brentford since and just joined Premier League after spending some time away in Championship and they have in between top standing and relegation zone and by that, I don't think he can have what he doesn't deserve, $40 million is greater than his performance in my opinion, settling for Arsenal would have been his best decision.

Seems Arsenal and Arteta are doing more to strengthen their midfield as they are fighting to have Tchouameni and but that got me some unanswered questions if Arteta has that kind of money on him because Monaco is ready to splash over $100k on him to come to play for them and in this raise, PSG seems to be having interest on this deal. I understand that Arsenal loves young players but it will be a waste of money to have him in the club with that kind of amount, I wonder if they ever look at Benfica for this kind of good deal.

For David Raya’s situation, it will have been best for his career to go to Bayern not that Arsenal is not a great option but at Arsenal he will definitely have to compete with Ramsdale and that would limit his game time for sure, because although Ramsdale is error prone some matches he is a great keeper. Going to Bayern will have guaranteed Raya Atleast a trophy every two season coupled with the fact that he will surely be the number 1 there because Manuel Neur is still ruled till the second part of the season and Sommer is keen to join inter as the replacement for the departed Onana. Which leaves the position vacant for Raya.

Tchouameni, will be great an addition to Arsenal no doubt but any fee above 80 million will be big for Arsenal. Although I doubt Madrid will let him go for that amount considering how much they acquired him just last season. Arsenal on the other hand do not need a new mega midfielder with Partey, Jorginho and Fabio Viera still available

If I was very close to the lad, I'd personally advice him to move to Spanish League. That League has got to do with technicality and creativity. He has what it take to excel in the spanish league but I'm hundred percent sure he's not making the switch. He was linked to Paris Saint Germany but all of that finally got nowhere. You could be possibly correct, he must have said no to the league 1 giant's.

Barcelona already has Gavi, Pedri, Gundogan and Frankie De Jong. I'm not sure they'll make moves for Bernado Silva. Brilliant player he really has become under Pep Guardiola.
Barcelona are currently selling players so they can get desired players they want.

Even if what you say is true but I think this is also still very difficult to happen especially by looking at the current conditions Pep seems to want to fortify this player at a high price even though the Arab club is certainly able to do that but I think this will not happen either.
Looking at the news now it seems that not only Arab clubs but PSG and even Barcelona are still being talked about when we discuss Bernardo Silva.
PSG have made several offers including 60 million recently but when many clubs wanted Bernardo Silva's services, City reacted by raising the clause to 100 million and of course this will be very difficult to do.

In the end I still feel that Silva will still wear the City jersey next season.

As well as PSG, I think Bernardo Silva would also be interested in playing for Barcelona and it's true that he won't be going to the Arab Pro League anytime soon. Bernardo Silva's performance is still very much worth playing a few more seasons in Europe even though the Saudi team will make a high bid for him, but I hope he will reject it for the next 3-4 seasons.

I think Silva will only join PSG or Barcelona if he wants to leave Manchester City. Xavi and Luis Enrique about want him because of his good playing style, but I tend to think Barcelona will get him.

Mane's performance has declined after he left Liverpool and money is clearly a benchmark more when it is difficult to compete and cannot go anywhere after at Bayern is not wanted and does not see any club that dares to take him except the Arab club so going there is the best thing.

Yes, the PSG and Dembele camps were wise enough to submit contract proposals before August 1st, hence the €50m release clause will be activated rather than the new €100m release clause. I'm sure Barcelona wasn't expecting this, but Dembele need this transfer to save his career. With his contract situation last season, he was nothing but faithful and professional.

Now Fabinho to Ittihad. The transfer fee is accurate to his marketvalue, it look like a "normal" transfer fee. He leaves Liverpool and receives a contract at Ittihad Club until 2026. He will play with Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante there. The transfer fee 46.7 million euros, with a market value of 42 million euros. With 29 years, he kann play easy till 32.

A very good move for Fabinho going all the way to Saudi Arabia after having a very good moments with the Reds and winning so many trophies in his name including the UEFA champions league I think it's time for him to go all the way to rest, enjoy money and keep doing what he knows how to do best on the field of play I believe it's a good move for the 29 years old. Fabinho having helped Liverpool in the midfield position, I think he will be a regular starter for his new club in Saudi Arabia and I think he will be missed by the Reds even as he says goodbye to them.

I don’t know about the deal being easy enough cause Ronaldo is playing at the same club wanting Mane. Mane may have actually chosen to make the move cause of various of other reasons. I hear money can be a really motivating force.
