It seems that Chelsea has a long-term option and David Washington is still young, of course, a mature plan has been prepared from now on, right when Chelsea is in the transition process. Chelsea are planning for the future with the signing of these young players and I must admit that I admire Todd Boehly’s foresight. We might not see the transformation or impact immediately but we surely will in the near future. It’s left for Mauricio Pochettino to utilize the current squad to reach their full potential.

Well that's not the main issue, what I know is that Rice is going to do very well at Arsenal, rival fans are using his play against Man City on Sunday to judge how he'd play come next season but that's just the beginning before the league begins people would see the best of Rice.

I think they are just jealous and bittered that it was not their club that made the signing because Manchester United have made some big money signings in the past also and the players flopped badly and did not meet their expectations so I see no reason why they are criticizing Arsenal for the Declan Rice signing.

In a club like Bayern Munich Harry Kane should not do enough he will score too much goals because that is all lacking.  Thomas Tuchel will build around Harry Kane so he will score so many goals.
Harry Kane is much different from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and I still see him scoring thirty goals and more if he success move to Bayern Munich. Moving to Bayern Munich also gives them upper steps in achieving the Champions League this season.

Harry Maguire will be different whenever he sees a Manchester United, you will see him wanting to show a difference that Man United was wrong for selling him away.

Seeing what Tottenham are doing by continuing to try to get a big deal actually for now it is more than enough and as you say with this condition then obviously they benefit because the sale of Kane can be a good capital to bring some players as a coating.
Even if losing Kane will also provide a gap especially for the attack which may have problems but of course regeneration is important and they already know this consequence.
Currently, Gift Orban's name is predicted to be the ideal replacement for Kane and it is possible that with 30 million Gift Orban can be brought from Gent.

Neymar has been linked with Saudi Arabia and MLS teams recently. I don't doubt anymore that Neymar would accept teams from these leagues from now on. Because there is literally no offer or serious interest from European teams. That must be due to his being highly prone to getting injured and his high cost in terms of salary and other demands.

I also heard this news, PSG plans to release Neymar for 100-150 million as you said no European club will pay 100-150 million because he is already 31 years old this record has never happened to a European club I mean for players who are 31 years old except Saudi Pro League or MLS but so far no club has come close. I have also heard of another scenario, Saudi club will buy Neymar and then loan him to Barcelona while his salary will be paid by 3 clubs PSG, Barcelona and Saudi club of course, with a certain agreement.

This method is more appropriate for PSG because if no club signs him then PSG will pay his salary until 2025 while Neymar is the PSG player with the 2nd highest salary after Mbappe so PSG is definitely considering the scenario as I mentioned above.

I've also seen reports from the media saying that Tottenham and Munich have agreed to sign contracts over Harry Kane and if that happens I don't know what will happen in the future Tottenham will lose their best player without having a replacement.

If it is true, it is a joke as you said. But how do we know if it is true? Did he say anything in public that I am not aware of?

All these transfer have become kind of awkward. There has been a lot of excitement around transfers in the past and sometimes drama like players not attending training and other things. But this would indeed be a joke if the whole transfer revolves around the teams to find an agreement and once that happens, the player says he knows where is home is.

But nobody really knows unless there are official public statements. But let's be careful, maybe it is some deepfake statement. Would be funny if someone launches a video faking Kane who says he now wants to go to Palmeiras instead.

Saying Tottenham want to sell Kane because they fear he will retire and the club wouldn't make anything is funny and not making any sense. He is just 30 and Ronaldo that is 38 is there in Saudi Arabia kicking some assess and has qualified his team to teh Arab finals, Kane is only unfortunate to be at the wrong club as he had take them on his shoulder all the time and no trophy to show for his efforts, nothing special about been in Tottenham and going to a better club is the best thing.

If he's not certain to leave the club then he's a man who failure is written all over his face. If he stays I assure you that he can never win any title because Tottenham as a team don't have that mentality of competing for titles and winning it as well and with him staying put I believe no club will go for him again, and Kane's market value will also drop.

West Ham United had already lost a good defensive midfielder to Arsenal, their main opponent. Despite buying several players to boost the club ahead of the new Premier League season, I don't think they'll lose a player like Luucas Paqueta so easily because they have yet to recoup or sign a straight replacement for Declan Rice.

Manchester City, on the other hand, will be looking forward to strengthening their second eleven ahead of the new season, which begins tomorrow, because injuries will occur and a lack of squad depth will harm their respective league performances.

You once criticized the player Declan Rice now you're by his side, I really do not know where you place yourself.
The fee was too much for him but he is not a bad player the truth is he will be so solid for Arsenal, he has the energy brain and also good at tackling. Westham benefited wholely.
