Hi guys!
Has anyone tried running HiceHash Miner on their rigs?  I have been testing it for the last 10 days on 5 rigs with six 1080TI per rig. I have been getting 0.0032BTC per rig per day (0.000533 per GPU) on average. Seems a bit low though. Has anyone tried it also?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

to mine Verge(XVG), which of these algorithms is best for 1080ti?

scrypt
myr-groestl
Lyra2Rev2
Blake2s
X17

X17 i think.......... I have seen it using less temperature and as effective as other algo plus lower difficulty.

I've been running NiceHashMinerLegacy on one of my (6x1080Ti) rigs for the last couple of months.
A month ago I was making around 0.0054BTC per day, the last few weeks that has dropped to 0.0037 - because the altcoins that we're mining have declined in value so much vs Bitcoin.

My other rigs have been mining Zcash, which I've been holding, not trading - with the end result that right now the NiceHash one has been the most profitable (which is kind of why I do it, as a "hedge")
I could have made more money by trading the Zcash for Bitcoin immediately, but I would have needed to predict the rapid decline in all things crypto this month, and if I could do that I'd be trading full time, and not mining....  Grin

Thanks. Just looks like guys on Sniffdog have been getting much better results during the same preiod. Here is some stat on how my experiment went with NiceHash. https://www.nicehash.com/miner/1HVhgZ27zQFtzKrMtaMEweoRcp26hazUhq

People using Sniffdog, is it normal for it to display a high $/day while mining after benchmarking, but then drop significantly down the list once it finishes, and repeat this process often?

Want to try monero( criptonight ) mining with my 1080ti

What best( free) miner for this ? I saw there is a cryptonight version of ccmienr but dated of 2014
Edit : found !

XmrMiner

Don't even try. It's the same as Ethereum mining. That is for red VGAs.
In case you will do, just remember you have to OC your memory instead of GPU

Bullshit 1080tis get +850h/s with -500 mem clock under 800h/s on stock mem clock.
And what is bullshit? That 1080ti performs just as an old 7990? That much cheaper RX480/580 outperforms it?
Or that it is only 20-25% better than 1070 in cryptonight?
Ethash (without dual),Cryptonight and Neoscrypt are very bad algos for 1080/ti

If you bothered to read what i've posted, assuming you're capable of comprehending the English language, it would become quite apparent that it is bullshit that you need to overclock your memory to get more hashes on the 1080tis mining cryptonight.

Those mining SIGT, do you actually make the amount whattomine estimates? I'm running 4 1080 ti cards and only made ~100 coins in 12 hours when I'm estimated at 150. Mining at a steady 190mh/s and using suprnova pool

I and another user from this forum recently had a nice chance to test our rigs: 1080 ti x5

Same pool, same hashrate and 0% rejection for both rigs. Tests took 3 full days.

On average he made around 110 coins more per day than I did.

whattomine is wayoff sometimes. For Monero with my AMD cards, Im getting 20% less hashrate (and money obviously) than what it is suggesting.

Isn't it obvious that something was not the same?

Sparrow?

What results are u asking for? I`ve given total info - he received around 110 coins more per day.

Btw, pool (Pool.ml) had Proportional reward system which made tests results even more surprising. I still can`t figure out the reason of this.
We tried tests with skein and results were the same for us both.
