About the FUD that BKKcoins said that we are not working with him: That is absolutely true. We never claimed that we are working with him. We are just using his design, and will be paying him a royalty/licensing fee for every board we sell.
So please don't expect us to jump ahead of him. Once he has everything working, we will follow suit within a couple of days.
Just stopping by to say I told you so. You don't call jumping ahead when they go out and buy new PC boards before BkkCoins has found all the changes that need to be made to the PCB? They clamed they were getting new boards printed some time ago. What changes did they make to get new boards printed. Why would they do that?

Bitcoinorama how is it coddling? From what little I know they changed their refund policy without telling anyone and won't answer why.
Go to some large companies investor meeting and you'll see some mollycoddling.
As far as what they're set up for they are a business and customers should be asking questions. If they don't answer and people get suspicious it is not out of line. I agree that they are trying and seem to be doing a good job of it, but these last few weeks have seen some changes.
It's a start up. It's a start-up with a very finite timeframe to succeed. It's questionable as to whether Terrahash actually fully comprehended the response when opening sales. They appear overwhelmed. We were around page 25 when orders opened, the rest has been impatient frustrated voices. As long as Terrahash are using their time effectively and ensuring the production and logistics are ready in receipt of chip delivery then I'd forgive them, for presumably doing what you are paying them for. When you purchase a pre-order you have to wait a period of time for receipt of goods. At no point has anyone promised it possible to answer every whim throughout the pre-order period. That may well take significant manpower. Terrahash certainly doesn't not have enough customer service for the amount of orders. Terrahash never promised customer service as a strong point. The more people complain and spread FUD (not you FCTaiChi) and the more competitors arrive on the scene, the more anxious and likely to jump ship some of you are increasingly becoming. Especially with more power efficient chip manufacture superseding Avalon bulk chips. Terrahash will have already spent significant funds readying for production. Terrahash were already shafted by the nitwit behind cloudhashing who left them in debt and forced the, to take pre-orders. I doubt Terrahash wants to be left in huge amounts of debt due to impatience and unrealistic expectations from more random internet crazies, like Cloudhashing who cannot make decisions based on their own research and be comfortable with their choices. Terrahash certainly doesn't deserve to be blamed for other people's lack of conviction in their own decisions, when they need to acknowledge their own mistakes. I guess the one thing that confuses me is that companies get in these situations constantly, and there seems to be a pretty easy way to silence 80% FUD. One person from the company takes a few hours to write a response to the criticism, then posts it in their main thread and on their page. Ask supporters to link to it when they see someone misinformed. If they have good reasons and spread the information everyone will be happy. When companies don't do this people wonder if there is more going on than is officially admitted to. Why not protect yourself? -edit Oh so you are saying that they have been negatively effected by refunds and are on the edge. I hadn't heard that, I'm so into getting a couple basic things fixed with my project that I haven't gotten the latest information.

Nice to see the pic of the board hashing. When I visit them in the next 2 days, I will video it working.
MinermanNC...... thanks for the acid laced admonishment. It's clear that you're not here to make friends. I said that I don't appreciate being pushed. I am making this visit for all of us, and the least you can do is be polite and wait a couple of days. I don't work for you, and I'm not the company you placed an order with. I know everyone says that you have to be "thick skinned" to be on these boards, but a little civility goes a long way. I guess hiding behind a screen gives certain individuals the balls they need to verbally flay people, but I think that behavior is unacceptable. I didn't put up with it as a deputy sheriff and I don't take kindly to it now. The anonymity of the net can bring out the worst in people. It's amusing for the first few pages, but gets old after reading through 100 pages of vitriol. Would you prefer to make the long trip to Terrahash yourself, or would you appreciate it if I went? I am not making this visit for you, but you will certainly benefit from it.
I want to thank everyone else here for your kind words. I won't let you guys down.
Well welcome back! thought we'd lost ya.......well despite your long resume....... I have owned and operated 7 of my own business successfully and I guess we just come from 2 different worlds. Sorry if have a low tolerance for people who love to toot their own horn. I have low tolerance for BS and feeling like I'm getting the run around. I have heard and been told so many damn stories in my life and heard every frick'n excuse there is from slackers, I guess its just made me a little hard and it shows in here (sometimes). And no, I'm not here to make friends or form alliance's, I just want what I ordered and expect for people to follow up when they tell me they are going to do something. If you are the real deal, then we shall see what you find out, and I will be forever grateful. And btw, one of my closest friends is a deputy County Sherriff here where I live. He a great Christian man, and he has my utmost respect and as man and a deputy. Just know your not Gods gift to this forum so please don't act like it. Hopefully you are all that you say you are. Again, I will welcome your input and help and hopefully all of us in here, IF WE EVER get the boards, will be there for each other to bounce things off of and share any knowledge we may gain working with the new Klondike's.

Forgot to ask, why are you refusing refunds for people that paid in BTC?
Terrahash I will buy the order that BTCEIC cancelled. His order was so huge I don't know if I can scrape together the cash, but put me down to cover his huge order of 3 K16s. And yes btceic before you go look what I ordered, I also ordered what you ordered. Difference is I have 300Gh on order with KNC and BFL. You however have no hardware on order with anyone. Just 38GH of shares of other peoples rigs. Now shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Does this make you feel better, that you spend more money then other people? Dude you have a serious problem, you have been calling TH a scam from day 2, You have a link in your signature about it. You are officially a stalker of Terrahash, you feel like you have to warn the world about them and they have yet to get to the date that they said they would have chips or ship items. You never even gave them a chance and you call them scam when they have shown chip orders, prototype boards, prototype cases? What the hell do you need to shut the flock up? People on butterflylabs.com placed their order a YEAR ago and still have not received their order, why aren't you yelling scam and posting stuff about them in your signature? Why? Because you risked $750 and lost your stomach for the risk and now you want to tell the world. Guess what you will get your refund. Then can you go away? Tell you what, Send me $1500 in BTC (about 20 BTC) right now and I will have terrahash give you my tiny little pussy sized order of 3 K16's and I will stop, I'll even take that link out of my sig and erase the blog. I think that's fair, you obviously have something to prove by defending them, so do it, man up, pay me double to go away. 1NS5Bj6PDKc7P59q9XoJEGiBgeyfXh6q8j

+10000 I once got a PCB printed that was unfinished and did not work, It looked pretty so lots of people gave me there money. I cant get it to work so am ordering some new pcb`s of a still unfinished design. The people who gave me money are worried and some are asking for it back. I`ll tell them no because this proves am not a scammer.

Issue with PayPal has been resolved. We have access to the funds now.
About the refund policy, it was changed way before the orders were taken. We believe most of the refund claims being made now are because of the falling USD/BTC prices. The "item not received" claims being made on PayPal are deceiving and misleading, as everyone who placed an order knew that products would be delivered within two weeks of the delivery of the Avalon chips. This was also written on individual product pages. Some people are abusing the PayPal refund process by making false claims. Any how, we will be refunding all those orders now as a few people have showed interest in buying those cancelled orders. However, we are doing this as an exception and our refund policy is still the same.
We again stress that everything is going on-track, and we will deliver all the orders within the promised time-frame.
Terrahash,
Please confirm that you plan to place these "purchased cancelled orders" at the end of the que. It would be a very poor business practice to allow people to come in and purchase the cancelled/refunded orders including the spot in the que.
Also PROOF OF THE ADDITIONAL AVALON ORDERS is critical at this point. I would say even more so than proof of a hashing board. Please provide screenshots for all 4 orders.
knightlife999, Please ask to see verification of the 4 Avalon chip orders when you visit their facility. Especially the 2 they most recently acquired.

That snapshot is from 6/16/2013 and we started taking orders on 18th. In any case, the policy was changed BEFORE the orders were taken. How much before doesn't really matter.
Really? And yet you post this after the orders were taken: We will be sending an email tomorrow or day after to let everyone know when they can expect their orders to be shipped. You can then decide to keep the order or ask for a refund.
I guess technically you didn't lie in your above message, you stated people could ASK for a refund, but didn't say you'd grant it. Also, to set you straight, the cancelled orders have nothing to do with anything but your lack on following through with things that you promise, and primarily on the little things. That tends to lead to question about the bigger picture, along with much of your past silence, people are left to their imagination. There is a very bad trend that you have stuck to, and the only way you can show any type of credibility is to start sticking to what you state you will do, or, for the love of god, STOP MAKING PROMISES YOU DON'T INTEND TO KEEP! For instance, you don't plan on honoring paypal refunds, but allowing the claim to be decided by Paypal. The refunds WILL be granted because it is easily proven you had a refund policy. You are not built to be customer facing, and you would be very wise to get someone between you and your customer base. Also, stating the process in which you will take BKK's design and put it to a working product would help clear up things. All things you'd have in a project plan anyways, right? Blind trust is fine, but blind trust after numerous promises are broken is too rich for me. Those who paid BTC, I understand your anger towards me, but you might want to start to mitigate your risk instead of proudly boasting that losing money is part of the game. It's not, at least in the game that I play.

Let's break this down a bit. They have shown chip orders:They stated that they purchased a total of 40,000 chips but so far no proof beyond the original 10,000 that they purchased in may, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.msg2511675#msg2511675People have repeatedly asked them to show proof of other chip orders, why would they not show this to appease the gigantic shit storm that is going on right now? They have prototype boards:They have boards that they will most likely have to throw away because they jumped the gun and bought who knows how many boards BEFORE BKK was done with his prototype. They have prototype cases:They have a picture of exactly 1 prototype that they might have to change because they jumped the gun on their design BEFORE BKK was done with his prototype. That by the way they are selling for $1200.00 that other folks have stated they can build for $200.00. The very first post in this thread states that they have purchased 20,000 chips. So far no proof that they purchased more than 10,000. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.msg2064806#msg2064806We have ordered 20,000 chips from Avalon. We will be ordering Klondike boards, as soon as the design is ready. We are in process of ordering all the other components. Once we have everything, we will assemble the boards and sell them.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.msg2682939#msg2682939TerraHash states that they will not be taking pre-orders, roughly 1 month later they turn around and open up sales, stating that folks that signed up early on will get 24 hours or so to purchase and then everybody else will be able to. The day of the pre-order everybody is able to purchase. Later that day people are confused by the order numbers that they have jumping around in ways that do not make sense, TerraHash publicly states that they do not know how their commerce cart works, A forum member helps out by pointing to woocomerce's help guide on how there ordering system works and why the numbers are not in normal primary key order. We then find out later that more than likely they opened up pre-orders because their $100,000+ order with cloudhashing went wrong. People have been asking about their team, TerraHash states they will be posting soon about their team members.
Have you seen it, please post it if you have, because it must be hidden. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.msg2066941#msg2066941They changed their refund policy and decided it was best not to tell anyone.
