no need keep wallet launched 24x7 , only if you want to stake some Onions. 10% per year it is pretty good.

Ahhh staking without having to leave the wallet open. Heaven sent.
There's a few coins (and 'apparently' Ethereum's staking system as well) where the IP address must be active and stable aka leaving the wallet open the entire time to stake.

So props to whatever function DO has employed for closed book staking!

Let's clarify this:

Your stake weight will remain for 30 days. Meaning, if you turn your computer off your weight doesn't reset to 0. If your wallet isn't on, you are not actively staking

Do not expect to receive rewards offline, that is a misconception.
