My God! I received confirmation that I was part of this Airdrop but nothing landed on my wallet. Can anybody shed some light?

Well I checked your posts history there. You have tons of posts but very few of them could be considered as high quality posts.
It already happened to somebody - he was accepted but as there was posts check on friday he was disqualified of the airdrop because of his non-quality posts.
I counted 10-11 'quality' posts. Well it's quoted because they aren't one liners but some of them are questionable and if someone who checked them
though it's not quality post he didn't count it.
(Just my opinion - I might be wrong)

Thanks for your reply got some generic answer from airdrop status page, but at I would love to know where I got it wrong so that I could rectify it be productive member of this community.

This is an exciting day for all of you, but particularly for you noobs. My advice is not to treat this simply as free money. Instead, treat it as it should be, a reward for helping. So, with that said, this week, try and help others. Point out guides to the newbie members, make them feel welcomed. Try not to focus on the price of Onion, but what you can do to increase it.

If we all do our parts, the value will go where it should.

#2 My advice would be to wait for Ticketing system on deeponion.org (but who knows when that's going to be opened)

Multiple people will tell you multiple things on how to get back into airdrop. The truth is nobody knows, and there is no clear answer.
You have a + though, you know why you were blacklisted so you can fix it, so once #1 is fixed and your posts are in order go to:
