Now the price of dash is bound to rise so keep hold of your coins and wait for the 400 $ Mark for the dash as more and more D3 will be online in Nov and diff will spike once more and the profitability will be negative
I suspect this is true but it is not guaranteed. Miners who paid too much for these devices and can afford to hold the coins will not sell at these prices and that will put upward pressure on the price. Or... People who really put in too much money to buy a ton of these will dump to just try and recover anything they possibly can and that will keep prices down. I agree. You can not expect from miners who invested money to keep all coins in their wallets. So, I expect pressure on price. And to be honest, now, I do not know why DASH ever has price jump over 10-15bucks, strong feeling, it was pump from some big player to sell ASIC for X11. In next period, I do not see who will support DASH, who and why? We can just cry here, nobody care  As you can see, Bitmain supports BTC and BCC, no DASH. I'm crying  .. D3 was born to destroy ibelink & a5 dash master only, not for us.. but i'm still HOPE!! |

I just received my antminer today and I am having a problem with a setup.
I used a cable for the power supply that says on it that it supports 75 degrees celsius, 250-440V and 16A. But when I plugged my machine, the power supply cable got really hot (enough to not be able to comfortably hold it in hand). I know that the specs on the cable are probably enough to support one antminer, but the cable seems way to hot
Does you cable also get too hot?

When I received my L3+'s I thought the same thing about UPS, got a bill from them Sat. |

When I received my L3+'s I thought the same thing about UPS, got a bill from them Sat. For my previous L3+ orders and the separate PSU orders, all the tax had to be paid before they cleared customs. Odd |

Any hope we get early shipping for nov 21-30 too? so far, no hope we are very screwed up thanks bitmain few posts before, there is explanation, they did know exactly what they do, they probably wanted do screw ibelink, A5 etc...but they did with us as well, and they earned on it. For them win/win sitaution. Tehy sell and earned and in the same time screwed up competitors. So at least they could sell with lower price D3, for 500US with all costs, in this sitaution with late november batch, not sure if any profit is possible. We can do nothing with D3 miners. |

Which cable are you referring to, the one from the wall outlet to the PSU or the ones from the PSU to the miner? You can definitely cause a fire by pulling too much juice through an underrated cable so you want to address this. |

Which cable are you referring to, the one from the wall outlet to the PSU or the ones from the PSU to the miner? You can definitely cause a fire by pulling too much juice through an underrated cable so you want to address this. The cable should not be hot to the touch at all! If it seems hot in the slightest you need to immediately unplug it or risk causing a fire. You may be using a cable that is not correctly rated or perhaps it is just a cheap flimsy cable that was made poorly or is showing the wrong specs. Spend the few extra bucks and get a quality cable that will not cause issues. |

Hi, my two D3 arrived today too (the units are 01-15 Nov. batch and are labeled 19.3Ghs), but I have paid 591 Euro of VAT and TAX. I am waiting for the APW3++ power supplies that aren't shipped yet. mine arrived today, and UPS forgot the import tax. So that saved me a few $
now i just need the power supplies!
