quick question guys: can i acess my D3s if they are connected on another internet connection than I am ? for example, I have them in another location far away from where I am. can I monitorize them to see temps , make settings etc. [/quote
Yes, you can. You just need to have PC running on remote site with TM.

For my setup I use a laptop connected to the same local network where all my miners are and I use TeamViewer to connect to the laptop from which I can access my miners.

I heard a rumor that Bitmain is planning to release D3++ (75 Gh/s) in December. What do you guys think about it?
Not possible with current technologies. Actually, it is possible with rack which would be about 25-30kg, and with several PSU. Not simple to handle it, not simple to cool it. Some some, rumors, rum humors. Good that nexus2017 is straight.

Does it matter what switch I use? I'm planing to buy this one: http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/details/cat-42_TL-SG105.html

It only needs to satisfied number of ports you need.

Nah, no way. And anyways they wouldn't need to unless the competition comes up with something way more affordable and efficient. Who's gonna do that? Innosilicon? Yeah right. For now D3s are here to stay. Maybe a D3+, with some 20-25 max gh/s. Throwing 75 would be stupid considering they could sell tons more over the years.

How many hashing boards do you think that would take, considering that chip density on today's boards is at Max? Would this unit have 9 hashing boards.....12......? Bitmain would be shipping some pretty large units. Gonna need a Helluva a lot more power to run those.

Wow, Dash difficulty at 14.8 Mil now, I have a one D3 coming Nov 16 - 23 batch. ROI is gonna suck, $10 USD a day or so. That means about 200 days for ROI. Blehh, I got rekt.

It would be more close to 300 days for ROI, if somethnig is not going to change. But, it could be even worse. We should be happy if we touch ROI in next Year, since I believe first miners with 7nm will appear at the and of 2018, and no matter what price or diff is for x11, d3 will be used as loud heater. Only guys who got it in september will earn something. Rest of us sucks.

I hope that an other X11 coin will bring earlier roi... Dash seems to be in a downtrend long term. Hard to get the money back from this investment... But ok let's think positive... Crypto Altcoin market is suffering because of the shit-coin-fork of Bitcoin, Maybe we get a good pump after the fork. Maybe Dash will go upper than 400$... That would be great

I think UPS is the most effectief carrier and most expensive. But worth it because the pakeched is most importend for us.
nah, FEDEX the best. UPS no.2 and worst is DHL For me it was the other way around, DHL was best with speed and how they handled the import. My Batch1-D3 i had to oder with FedEx, because i was 50 Euro short for DHL. Fedex admitted they "forgot" my Miner due to internal error after 4 days. I called every day twice. Cost me 5 € to call their silly hotline. That cost me ~300€ for being unable to mine at the beginning.

Anyone else get emails from Bitmain on products already shipped and delivered?
Got a couple emails dated today...on equip and psu I got last month...(go figure?)
Anyway, as a 'thought experiment', what would/could you do if they sent you them again?
I heard in USA, you are not responsible for 'unpaid' equip arriving on your doorstep you did not order'
Anyone else but bitmain (evil) I'd just send it back...them...er ....conflicted....
Anyway, thoughts or clarity on any of the above
I guess this is kinda 'off topic' unless they send me duplicate orders......then it would be WAY on topic indeed
Anyway, thought it was weird as heck.....

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

you can get high price X11 new coin, but what about volatility? If daily trade is low, not much profit on it. Currently profit is less then 15US per D3 - costs for electricity, and L3 keeps above 20US, very stable profit. Where I see our chance is next Year, if no new miners machines on the market.... I would be happy if somebody has more optimistic forcastr for X11
