That's why they are called craptopia...
When they have done shit tons of money with a coin (remember that sigt what in top 5 during more than a month, with a peak at 800 btc volume), then they don't care anymore about maintenance.
Craptopia is full of examples for "blablabla wallet issue that can't be solved"
Their statement about "enterprise level wallet" is just bullshit.
Also, remember what they did with siacoin.
Shitty exchange, that's all
Cryptopia always gets blamed when there are issues with a wallet. Different exchanges integrate their database with the wallet differently.
Cryptopia uses a different system from other exchanges. There hasn't been one wallet yet that has gone into maintenance that hasn't been re-established. Users have always been paid out. But the whingers never delete their posts accusing fraud.
This is exactly this type of behavior from customers that gets coins delisted. If you look up any exchange - they all delist coins for various reasons - especially when there are compatibility issues.
It is pointless comparing the Signatum wallet on Cryptopia to other exchanges. Cryptopia did 60% of the trading volume while Nova did 4%.
If a there are constant or serious wallet issues - keep in mind that a wallet is a coin developers creation (regardless of whether it is a clone) - then a coin gets delisted to protect the site stakeholders.
Cryptopias Delisting Policy:
Coins may face delisting for the following reasons:
1. Sufficient nodes are not maintained to keep the network synced and moving.
2. A coinswap.
3. Any network issues or bugs that could result in loss of user funds.
4. Statements made by a coin or coin community that could bring the reputation of Cryptopia into disrepute.
