A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

Devs are working like crazy on this and as soon as they reach next step in their roadmap, price of SIGT will go 10x up, or even more.

Are they? because if they are it doesn't show up much on their GitHub repository: https://github.com/signatumd

hahahahaha its very funny, so many devs here. This is coin is 2 months old. Do you have finish development project in 2 months or something?

Devlopmenting is not only comit a github repro.
First thing is plan coordinate, create and update roadmap.
- testing, testing testing.
- wallet for lot of devices; web, windows, mac, ios, android, linux
- mining client and pools
- get your coin on Exchanges.
- whole other stuff like; coin website, marketing and communication on bitcointalk, reddit, twitter, telegram, discord.

This is a community-driven coin, no fulltime devs
so whats you point? developing is for you every day change the source code?

if you don't like it the project leave it and go to one of the thousond of ico's with fulltime dev's

The "official" statement is missing the interesting bits where "the doctor" admits writing malicious script to take down the Burstcoin network and a burstcoin mining pool so another Signatum developer could take advantage of the price.

Now that SIGT coin holders have filed dozens of reports with the NZ authorities at the suggestion of the SIGT team - it is likely all aspects will be looked at.

if i check out the first 3 month on github the most comits are

copypaste code, change name bitcoin to Dogecoin and then from Dogecoin to DogeCoin, yes then you get a lot of commits the first month.  Grin
