I really like the direction that the difficulty is going now. It has been oscillating the past few weeks between super high and super low which caused problems for everyone, but now we are settling on a difficulty that is getting close to the target of 10min/block:

http://bch.xbt.it/?interval=10

If this remains stable for the next regular re-target at block #485856 we should see minimal difficulty changes (compared to what we have already seen) and both BTC and BCH will be able to have a stable trajectory of mining hash rate.

10 times lmfao, fuck that shit, only have to read through not even once what the fuck!!!!

No Bitcoin is the real chain.

One is BITCOIN
One is Bitcoin Cash (a new altcoin, not the REAL BTC)

There was the original chain which is Bitcoin.

Then the core devs failed to understand the purpose of Bitcoin and limited the block size to 1 mb. Hijacked the discussion, forced the intelligent devs to fork their coin from BTC. Then they implemented new code which fundamentally changes BTC from a currency to a settlement layer.

Both are forks from the original Bitcoin. Segwit, Cash.

Bitcoin Cash is being incorporated. Bitcoin is the real decentralization. Prices are high as of now but wait till everyone get a hand of their bitcoin cash.

Unlike the dumb, deaf, and blind BTC core corporation tyrants, we don't censor dissenting opinions.

If your posts get deleted it'll be by a global moderator and not hostfat. If that happens it's because you chose to post 4 different times instead of consolidate your 4 sentences into one post.

BitcoinTalk is a highly censored cesspool primarily serving as a vehicle to operate scams.
Pointing out truth or straying from the promoted narrative will be met with shills spouting non sequiturs.
Trust ratings are meaningless as those who control them are not worthy of trust.

I had found from long hard learned experience that every thread in bitcointalk dumped with many overloaded trolls simultaneously with a coin dumped down (our case BBC ) , so never afraid to buy that coin even if nothing developed by the development team price will definitely be more than 10 X .

The Forks that Survives is the Real Bitcoin , and the survivor will be Bitcoin Cash.

Plus on segwitcoin , if everything goes to G.Maxwell's plan, you will only use LN ,
You won't be able to afford Onchain transactions, Offchain transactions are not bitcoin , only Onchain.

╥Aztek

This BCH thing is like another language! Plus, its the future
that decided which will be mainchain. Ultimately, its the miners who devote their hard work, time, power, n the mass that assign value to coin.

To simplify things, they are all going to exist, however, there might be major n minor chain of bitcoin. With miners hopping between chain, its fluctuations like crazy. There is no unity.

Im getting crazy of this. Still didnt claim my bitcoin cash
Becouse i still dont know How.
I have bitcoin on A usb stick. So Wallet.dat
How cam i claim them ?? Huh

1. Before the fork, I had my bitcoins in Electrum wallet, call it "W1".
2. After the fork, I created a new wallet in Electrum call it "W2".
3. I move ALL my BTC bitcoins from W1 -> W2.
4. I install Electron Cash (for BCH Bitcoin Cash) and make a wallet in it "WCH1".
5. I export private key from Electrum "W1" (NOT W2!), from "W1" which is EMPTY.
6. I restore/import private keys from empty "W1"(BTC wallet) into "WCH1"(BCH Bitcoin Cash) wallet.
7. Now I have same amount of BCH Bitcoin Cash, which I had in W1 as BTC Bitcoin.

The reason for making W1 BTC empty and move all into W2 BTC is that in case the WCH1(BCH Bitcoin Cash) wallet is not safe, they won't be able to steal my bitcoins because I only use the private keys for the now EMPTY "W1" BTC wallet in the new BCH wallet.

Then from the BCH wallet, I sent my BCH Bitcoin Cash into my Exchange account.

BE CAREFUL:
DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY SEND BCH INTO A BTC ADDRESS.
DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY SEND BTC INTO A BCH ADDRESS.
...if you do any of those mistakes, your coins will be LOST FOREVER.

It's simple but read 10 times before you do it so that you can be sure you actually understood what I did. Smiley

But if Bitcoin Cash wallet is not safe, can your computed be infected? virus/malware,etc...because you are downloading n installing electron cash on your computer?
Has anyone tried Electrum Cash wallet? is it safe?

The pool operator of BTC.top came up with a solution for the chain hopping. He monitored the chain and contributed just enough hash to make sure the EDAs do not make the difficulty too low and prevent the profit seeking and unfaithful miners from swooping in like vultures and rend out every coin they can, just so they can dump and move on. Now the magical mystery miner is contributing just enough hash to keep the blocks coming at about once every 10 minutes or so. The dynamics of this network really sucks so far. Better hope the Bitcoin cash community can come up with a better way.

I really think it will start a new wave of coins that are built to challenge the chain leaders. Look for a Scrypt coin to overtake LTC, or an X11 to take over Dash. We already see a lot of chain jumping among miners on those algos, and once they get smart and implement an EDA similar to BCH they will grow.

I use https://electrum.org for BTC (Bitcoin) it is safe as far as I know and very nice and good.

I used http://www.electroncash.org/ for BCH (Bitcoin Cash) but that software, seems safe. I do not know. I just took my BCH from it and then sent them to the exchange for trading.

If you have your private key in electrum, you can use it to recover BCH in electroncash wallet. That's what I used.

But again, read the steps I wrote 100 times to be sure what you are doing. Smiley

Lol, 100 times. Appreciated ur help!

It is going to take me months to slowly offload my B cash. Lack of liquidity is the major reason. Selling all of it as that project has no future. Using Changely and Shapeshift as well to protect my privacy. Bit of a pain but worth it to avoid KYC exit.

Most exchanges ask for KYC , changely/shapeshift have a worse rate but don't ask for personal info
