We've been under some kind of attack recently
This should be resolved with the masternode upgrade
You need to contact cryptopia now
Let them check send status, in fact, the coin is still in their wallets

Can someone give me some information on this?  What code base are you using (DASH, PIVX, Solaris??). Paired with POS/POS3?

No, no problems. I was just under the impression that Quark was a dead coin, but then I spotted that masternodes seem to be being planned.
