Contacting him would not be an issue as he would get notifications at the mention of his name here, maybe through these comments he would know what is happening but it would also be nice if the complainant sent him a message so he would be aware of it as just mentioning his name here would not really be a direct way of attracting his attention.

People can use the help from @holydarknes who are voluntire on help some casino case. However, If you check on casino guru.... Stake are quite active to response the case thread is being opened on there due they getting a calls from Casino Guru Rep. IMO, If people can't get answer here.. the best way will always casino guru since they're a good mediator as well.

Basically there is always a reason why Stake holds or bans a user it's just that we don't know the full story, if the reason is because of a big win it clearly doesn't make sense because we can see that many other users have won something big and can still continue playing. Making it difficult for whale players is not a good idea because they are an asset for the casino it means there must be a reason behind the problem.

Thank you for the kind words, but again, unfortunately, I can't help with Stake-related issue other than adding it to my list and monitoring the development and reflect the most recent update [whether it gets resolved or still being addressed in CG or AG or elsewhere], as unlike other casinos, I don't have contact of Stake, and Stake's representative who actively sweep the SA board [and I noticed she popped in this thread quite often] has explicitly told me not to update and reach her through PM for new cases, thus I stopped writing her a PM, lest it be considered as an unsolicited message that got me banned.

I've try to get a contact of someone, basically anyone at Stake, but Stake's door unfortunately remains shut at me. I'll repeat that this far, Stake is the only casino that I can't reach and help their players to get a solution, other than adding it to my list. Thus, sadly, cases of esintim and helpme100, I can't do much.

Now, moving to the problem with above user, it is that I "refused" to add his case to to my list despite his demand. I refused, because I can't. I can't, because he does not have a thread that I can add to the list, he just wrote posts on others' thread. What should I wrote in my list as his "thread"? A post? On someone else's thread? I've explained nicely to him, that he need to have his own thread, with strong supporting evidence, and I'll gladly add his case to my list right away.

And he somehow, for unknown reason, can't accept this, and insist that all he presented this far [posts on others' thread] is enough for his case to be added to the list, and me not adding it annoyed him so much that he started to be the way he is right now, and polluting my thread of casino list every now and then with, well... read for yourself.

Nah, I think you are very wrong about that. Just recently they changed the pre and post calculation, why would they throw this all overboard just after a couple of months?
The VIP tab is just cosmetics, it doesn't have an influence on anything. Weekly is shared via telegram and even with the monthly tab it still says "The Monthly Bonus is randomly released. Eligible players will be notified via email." So there is no use to it.
Those bonuses keep the players engaged and it also differentiates stake from other sites that only have weekly and monthly bonuses.
Never change a winning formula is the saying and getting rid of pre and post would definitely anger some players. You want to keep them happy though and in 90% of the cases these bonuses go directly back to stake anyway.

Where I got only $7 from the last weekly bonus. It has decreased for my inactivity at Stake. There is a base reward for each level. A certain amount of wager will help you to get the base reward in each week. You won't receive more than the base reward if your wager is less than a certain amount on each week (maybe $1k to $2k).

Did you lose too? IMO, those kinds of base reward are stay without activity during the weeks is also because you losing some money. I been through these situation, while every weeks getting a base reward weekly without waggering at all.


It's just my theory, but those kind situation can be face because we losing some money. I also want to bets maybe waggering 4000-5000$ during the month but without losing on monthly PnL. It's the weekly reward base without waggering are active a few weeks or not.
