Nah, you got that totally wrong. Vault is not a deposit option per se. They just list it because people sometimes forget they have some funds in the vault and before depositing from their wallet they can use the vault money (if there is any in it).
You have to go through KYC no matter what now, they added that a while ago because they kind of had to.

It's not because the wallet required "KYC" but the regulation from Stake to play on there. At these stage, you can't longer to play without KYC.... you must verified your self before making transaction or activity on the site. Correct, Vault is separate wallet which you can only transfer funds from your vault to Stake wallet. Vault main function is to secure your funds away from your gambling activity and also to protect your funds from hacker in case they have access to your account because it has separate security.

To withdraw your funds to your personal wallet from the casino you must withdraw from the main wallets. Definition withdraw from the vault is to withdraw your fund from your vault to main wallet.

You wont be able to withdraw without playing your deposit, there is 1x wagering requirement of your deposit before you are able to withdraw and there is now a progress bar that you can see once you click the withdraw button so it is easy to know how much you need to wager before you are able to withdraw.
I'm not why you have such a thought, but do not use casino as a place to hold your crypto, if you want to hold then simply use your own wallet (do not even use exchange).
