As I said before it's a bit strange for stake to launch a new game without a bonus so today I got a bonus did you guys get it in your email?
Information from local groups, not all accounts get bonuses generally only active users + Platinum up and if you VIP level Platinum up you should get it

Most of the casino including Stake doesn’t give you an option to change username.

Creating new account is not a viable option either since multiple account is not allowed as per ToS so your username is already on your Stake account.

The only way creating a new account, but will broke their term & condition. But you could make some deal with them, to closed your current account and created a new one... So you will not broke the multi account term & condition.

But, stats will never cannot transferable. You can tried contact support for these kind of deal or request.

It seems like we have our own way to use the bonus, even though it is small, sometimes people withdraw it rather than playing it. But that is not a problem, because surely we have our own way, especially since the casino in question also does not have a withdrawal rule with the bonuses they give. You are always on point with your arguments. I think the problem is with the stake.com's approach of not revealing monthly bonus dates in advance like weekly bonus dates. They want to surprise us, sometimes with less and sometimes with unexpectedly more, just to keep dopamine spikes associated with their platform.

I haven't tried changing mine but I think they allow users to change their usernames though the process isn’t automatic. Try to contact their customer support team directly. Make sure to provide your current account details, such as your existing username and email address, to verify your identity. Once they confirm your request, they can assist you in updating your username
