yes it is difficult to think about such a long time but still we can expect that it will even cross 100 years of age once it will become a common currency. i think it will just become a common currency for all the people of the world and will be use as for a long long time, because the new generation is also now giving more preference to online shopping and business. therefore we can expect that bitcoin will be a good medium for them.

I dont think if bitcoin survive after 100 years becuase i dont know if im alive lol.  But i think after 50 years the bitcoin will survive and i can say that the value of bitcoin is $20000 and i think this is our future money.

Well, I do believe that bitcoin will survive more than 100 years and I think on that year it is consider as real money that has high value on online market. I think surely next generation will be very much follower of bitcoin. I am seeing the future era is the era of bitcoin and I hope after 100 years there would be only bitcoin being a currency in the world. I think if bitcoin would be able to endure lot of things during its way to being the world currency, there is no doubt that it might be part of our living soon. The influence of bitcoin is increasing day by day so the possibility that it will be known by everyone is getting higher and higher. Based on what I'm seeing nowadays, I can conclude bitcoin will survive after 100 years. We have currently witnessed the dump that occured when China banned bitcoin in their country but still here we are. Bitcoin is still living and the price is still high although it was higher before but what's importat is that bitcoin is still improving and I know someday it will recover and will get more better for the greater good of everyone.

Economy as we know it today cannot last for much longer. Fundamental changes will be required in order to survive. How this will play out we can only guess but there is a possibility that bitcoin will take part in it. 100 years is too far in the future to be able to give any plausible guess. Just put yourself in 1917 and try to imagine following situation: Someone asks you if for example this stove http://www.google.com/patents/USD40964 will make any significant impact in the future (patent form 1910). Today it is not really relevant anymore. On the other hand in 1913 stainless steel was patented which caused a lot of changes in the industry. It is very much used still today. BTC can go both ways.

Let me give my opinion i think bitcoin is not only survived after 100 years. The future of bitcoin is very unpredictable and we are all clueless of what may happen with it in the future years to come. Bitcoin's value is very much expected to keep on growing as time passes by but still who knows, maybe it will go down or rise more than ever. Maybe it will be killed by some sort of a currency or a government or maybe it will become part of everyone's living which may be good and for the best of everyone here. No one knows.
