The team hasn't announced a beta testing of the platform yet, when that happens there will be an announcement, most likely in their website, so be patient, it takes time to develop a platform, especially for this kind of online wallet.

I hope there will be news going around from time to time, so that we don't need to wait for Q2 2018 for the next step. Some progress, maybe in video form or something would be cool from time to time.

I agree, but I'm pretty sure there will be news or updates from time to time once ICO ends. We should check also the updates from their social media accounts or even on telegram so we would be aware what is going on with the project right after. I'm really excited for this project, can;t wait for their beta testing as well.

Is there any announcement regarding the date of the said ICO? Still waiting for their announcement, and will invest some amount to this project . It's first week of october and almost end of the week. Hoping to hear from the dev and team soon. Good luck

I still didnt find out if you will be able to use also old fashioned fiat when using Utrust for payments or they are strictly focused on cryptocurrencies? This would make it a perfect payment platform.

It doesn't make much sense to me pay with fiat trough UTrust! Or else what's the point of using it? With fiat I'll use PayPal and with cryptos UTrust

I don't understand why would it be bad for offering both options? Why leave fiat just for paypal? If this will go mainstream, paypal will accept cryptocurrencies as well and then people turn in their side because they are offering both options. I would rather see that Utrust didn't hand them that opportunity.

Im not sure. paypal very old and conservative and bad payment. Paypal even not working in my country. Im waiting for this  from 2008.. but nothing results.. (I can only send paypal from my credit card, but I cant accept paypal). So world need more innovative and nice payment.

Inquiries are always encouraged from potential investors and visitors of this thread. It won't take a minute to politely respond to these. For me, I would be too willing to inform them of whatever details I know in line of UTRUST project. Who knows, this guy asking about the schedule is willing to set aside some 10 ETH for the ICO of UTRUST?

Paypal is reversible that makes it prone to fraud on a p2p transaction. We will be expecting UTrust to enforce cheaper fees and having more alternative coins like Monero for anonymity, Digibi for faster transactions.

Yes, right now lack of an easy way to spend the crypto is holding back many crypto holders. utrust can remove this limitation and open new doors of possibilities.

I think actually it was the other way around, SOMA wanted to include a blockchain online wallet to make it easier to investors to go into cryptos and for crypto holders to move cash, so utrust was the obvious choice among others or the one that offered them the best deal, Soma may have consulted with other projects as well like monetha, but ended up with utrust; or who knows, perhaps they will include monetha as well, in any case, this is a good move for both projects and will help a lot .

                      There is no need to be mad my friend, maybe he was just passing by and got no time to read, well as far as i know, they will just post it here about the current updates and when will be the opening of the crowdsale or ICO. Lets us just wait further they will put it here, and if you have further inquiries you can freely ask them about your confusion.

i agree with you.
i think, crypto is better than FIAT for online payment. its more secure and fleksibel, low fee, no need debit/credit card.
and, its more transparent, everybody can track the transaction to confirm that payment is real.
