i can confirm power usage went up 80w with increase of 5 mhs. rig became unstable and adjusting voltage or power on my 580 would crash my rig consistently.
amd seriously need to be reading this.

Massive power use increase here also. So much so my R9 295X2 cards started melting all their wires, and my hash rate did not improve at all. Will have to roll back.
I highly recommend you don't install these on a 295X2 based rig.

Yes. Ok, tnx for the answer. So the power usage should be exactly the same then, gonna try testing this out ( before suicide )

I did use DDU in safe mode to remove the driver then install new driver + atikmdag-patcher-1.4.5. But I am having the exactly same problem as antiycda has. The memory clock is fluctuating between 1000MHz and 2080MHz which I overclocked in claymore. All the cards are the same which include the following 3 model in my csae. 1.MSI Radeon RX580 ARMOR 8G OC Graphics Card 2.MSI Radeon RX 580 Gaming X 8G Graphics Card 3.Sapphire Nitro RX580 8G Anyone has figured out a solution about this? https://i.imgur.com/ww3Dost.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/ojUGBZT.jpg

I highly recommend you don't install these on a 295X2 based rig.
So it will not work on the R9 390 cards as well.

So it will not work on the R9 390 cards as well. 390s do not suffer from the dag issue. so no need for the new blockchain driver, its for polaris/vega.

Stupid amd didn't applied their fix to truly good cards Yeah if they fixed it on the 280x we would be getting 28MH/s with those old GPUs, but they only fixed it for the GPUs that they are currently selling. Greedy bastards.
