i have heard about Neonexchange, it starts on the25th of March, another one is Traxia, it starts in April (if i am not mistaking). and, of course, GoNetwork (the winners of the world's largest hackathon 2017). but the date of Gonetwork ico hasn't been announced yet.

Gonetwork has been here since ages and still not over, I would not do this one.
What are your motivations ? What does the team say about the fact that they plan their ICO since more than 5 months now (I mean it on every ICO sheet since too long for now)

Is it really possible to know what would be the best ICO in the next months even year to come? Because honestly, even if i already participated few bounties lately. I can say that it is really hard to predict if the I am into the right program or not. Though i have been doing research and even asked friends who has been in this community for a long time already.
