The forum seems to be dead. I tried to post there describing the problem and all I got is a dumb automatic reply. Why are you using bots on your forum? The first thought is that I got scammed.

HaasBot is going better and stronger than ever. I got back to it recently and got really impressed with the new interface and ease of use. They are doing a really nice job.
Support is also great, just join the Telegram group as krach pointed.

 Hi, we have done some background checking and it is no problem for us to support this new market but it going to require a update of the hasbot to make this work. Bitstamp its API is not broadcasting which market they support so it is all hardcoded. We do not give refund for this, we going to adapt to it. So we are going to shedule a update for this.

STEPHAN What a agression, that really not needed here. We support Bitstamp just like stated on the website and we just have to adapt to the new market. I sheduled it in and that means we will adapt quickly. It just take a little bit to code and verify it, that is common procedure. Just like its comon procedure to fix the time you need to wait for it. So you go no losses, its compensated

No agression, Stephan. Sorry. But it doesn't work. Maybe it's a problem with my pc and my virtual machine. But with others bots - no problems. On Bitstamp BCH trade with 0%fee only for this year.

Its not working because a update of the haasbot is required. We got to make a new version and release that. That is what we are doing right now and i expect that we issue the update tomorrow.

You should run the software on a vps or dedicated server for the besr results. Bch bitstamp pairs will be added.

It is normal that new pairs take some time to add. Do you mean that no trading pairs on bitstamp are supported?

You didnt ask Stephan, but we all see you have direct contact with him as seen in your cut and paste conversation where you threaten to post here in a bad way. So if you would like to speak directly with Stephan, I am sure you know how, otherwise where did that conversation come from?

If you update your bot I think that the BCH pair will be there. The claim of the bot not working is not true, I am sorry you can not get it to work but I am sure that the team is more than willing to try and help you get it working. If you are just angry that you paid btc for something and then the btc price went up and are now doing anything that you can to get your btc back, well , nobody can help you.
