i would like to try xmr-stak but i dont find a good intensity for a r9 270x, i know is old gpu, but most of the info i found is for cgminer.
with claymore i get max 482h/s and xmr-stak 420 with 888 intensity

Are there any options to control the GPU voltage in SGMiner GM directly?
Tried --gpu-vddc --pool-gpu-vddc --profile-gpu-vddc
And none seem to work.
I would need to control the voltages directly, AB is not an option.
I think not.

I have a couple MSI RX480 & 580 4GB I wanted to use on XMR , my 8gb work great with the UberBios , but I cant get the proper straps to bring the 4gb up to speed, anyone have advice or a bios I could try on the 4gb models?
Thx

So I've been fiddling around with settings for my 6x Sapphire RX470 4GB Mining Edition (Samsung) rig.
Result: 870 h/s per card.
SGminer 5.5.5 gm
Rawintensity: 520 Worksize: 8 Gpu-threads: 2
Bios flash: Ubermix Afterburner OC: Core: 1400 MHz, Memory: 1930 MHz
I see recommendations for higher memory clocks, but anything over 1930 MHz is causing crashes / sick gpus. I don't know if that's the max these gpus can do or have I messed something up in settings.
Power draw for the 6x gpu rig at the wall: 950 W. I know it's a bit high. I tried undervolting in OverdriveNTool and failed. When I decreased the mV values by 10 or 20 mV, nothing happened, when I tried 40 mV, system crashed. Tried decreasing dynamic core mV-s in Polaris bios editor by 1 or 2 and setting memory voltage to 950 mV, also no effect on wattage whatsoever. Undervolting bar in Afterburner is grayed out (doesn't help if I enable it in settings). I'm out of ideas. One way to decrease wattage is to lower core clock, but that hurts the hashrate too much IMO, for example when I clock core to 1320 MHz, hashrate per gpu drops by 20 h/s and power draw per rig drops by 30 W.
Any ideas about memory clocking and undervolting welcome.

This is some hard OC there ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) 1400MHz on core only if you have free electricity... good for games only ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) You can OC the memory above 2000MHz but you need better timings.

Will you do a cast xmr benchmark too? I think it can be tweeked to minimize power draw but with high hashes.

I haven't tried that one. But you can share your results here.

Just started mining this tonight on an MSI Armor OC Rx 570. I'm just using the bios mods I had set for Eth mining, so I'm at 1268 Clock, 1750 mem, hashing at 738 - 744 H/s only using 88.7 W at the wall. I am undervolting to 900mv in bios. I could probably increase that to 950 or 975 and get better hashing speeds, but I think its a good balance between hashrate and power consumption. The current benefit is that my fan runs hella slow (QUIET!!!) and GPU temp is only 58c.

In first post there is calculation for this also.

In first post there is calculation for this also. I lowered it to 20 and it's working now. Not really impressed with my cards performance though from what I seen these 1070 ti's at best are only getting around 700h/s per card. My cards are hitting at around 660h/s each. I think with some fine tuning I might be able to hit that 700h/s. Thanks man.
