Mining on Android and iPhones will be great but these apps will be quite heavy but I don’t think that mobile phone’s hardware will be able to support it.
I doubt that you will use your smartphone for mining especially if it is an expensive one. Who wants to make harm for his device because of that way of earning?

SURE!!! why not If it is possible in the near future I would love to MINE ON MY MOBILEDont expect too much considering mining hashes or difficulty as the years passed by and i would say mobile phone processors cant able to generate sufficient computing power for them to be worth it to be used. Therefore we would really stick into asic/gpu miners since these apparatus or machines are really just solely created for mining. Mobile phones do have its own purpose and consideration on mining with it isnt really possible at all.

I don't think this is a good idea. Mobile phone are not designed for mining at all - the battery is quickly worn out and there is no cooling.

Yes, of course it is very promising. As far as I know, there are many projects that allow you to mining on the phone. This is a very promising and interesting.

It seems to me that the resources needed for mining go far beyond the ridiculous computing power of a mobile phone. More over, the battery or even the mobile itself will probably be destroyed.

It is possible. But, the point is, how are you going to solve issues involving smart phones? Heating problems, insufficient memory and power. And on top of that, you can only mine a couple of dicimals per hour. Imagine this, if regular computers cannot cater mining, how much more on mobile devices. It is a waste of time and probably when your phone blasts, your mined amount cannot even replace your phone. This idea is totally crap

Yes, you can do mining on your mobile phone and it depends what kind of phone are you using android or iOS if the specs of your phone is higher it can mine more rates but if your phone is a low specs it mines only low and slow rates. But I don't like mining using mobile devices I prefer using PC computer or a highend laptop.

Definitely yes. That would be a great idea because even if I had to buy a phone for that specific use, I wont have to spend as much as mining from pc mining. I would worry about the phone though running 24/7 plugged always in to the outlet. I'd give this idea a try if I find a mining app compatible with my phone. But in general I'm quite sceptical about smartphone mining. I don't think that even the best smartphone is powerful enough to mine some coins and perform it's functions at the same time.

If you're talking about Electroneum, I'm doing that. But it's not real mining, it's more like an airdrop made for marketing purposes and spread out the word about this new Coin. You can't really mine any valuable cryptocurrency by your phone in reality...

Yeah its okay but it will make the phone dead in a shorter period of time., i have some experienced to that mining on my phone, but suddenly it shorten the life span of my phone, so i stop doing it. Maybe it depends on the model of the phone but id rather save and invest only, rather than mining on the phone., which is very hard for me.
Investing cryptocurrency for me is a good experience rather than saving in a bank

That is the most stupid thing to mine on the phone, mine on the phone instead of making you get rich quick but quick to destroy your phone haha

It seems like an impractical thing, and with questionable results. Probably the only certain result is the destruction of the phone and the battery.
I agree that there is no reason for using smartphones in mining. Much more interesting thing is launch of CPU of PC. It is possible to find most powerful equipment and make more effective deal.

Why making things difficult, PC is still the best option to mine. Maybe there are people who are into this kind of procedures but I doubt it to be profitable.

A lot of people would be interested in that. But technically, that would pose a lot of problems.
