The stability of all our stratum servers has been improved Smiley
If you experienced some disconnections, it should be resolved for the majority of you

Happy New Year All miners,

The wdc.theblocksfactory.com:3334 is now up again

By the way please update the connection URL, you can find it here http://wdc.theblocksfactory.com/server

I have to continually keep an eagle eye on my rig because the pool has been dropping off on an almost daily basis! I would estimate my mining time losses are between 20 to 40 wdc a day lately. Yes i have changed to the ny pool address. After the brutal pre Christmas outage it seemed stable for a few days but it seems to be dropping off nearly every day now. It has also taken me nearly a week to deal with this frustrating forum website and it's highly annoying security stance to new users to even post the issues here. How about some kind of forum or chat system for users to report issues? When you charge a percentage for your services to us, we become customers. When your servers are down or unreliable, then some more reasonable form of getting in contact would be a good idea. Not even an email address? Cmon now...

If the pool dies again in the next 24 hrs, im going to another pool.

I am really sorry for the USA server but I had to buy to a providers that I don't know which appears to not be reliable
Usually I only use OVH which is really good, but they are out of stock for American server

I hope this one is going to be more stable that the previous, I'm on rbx which seems to be doing ok, but that outage is not right for my account, you should consider doing another day of fee free mining for wdc...
