Do not worry guys it was airdrop but this group which bought eBTC are contacting a lawyer, from what I read from the group, his IP adress logs are there.. He scammed people, maybe had fun, but his ass will suffer soon as it seems Also the dev was logged in today in bitcointalk so there is nowhere he can run. He is very naive if he could though he is safe behind the PC, he should watch Edward Snowden documentary Can you please link me to the group that is sue'ing?? I want to testify in court because i lost my LAST $1200 to my name, to this scam coin this was looking as really god project and sudenly all goes wrong, ill also want to testify put me in that group. thanks

Was .025 now trading at .04 and rising.......... Am I missing something here?
Can the community really take over as some have suggested? I dont see how if the programmer has left the building.
It's a dead cat bounce and the team members are trying to buy time so they can dump (they're not very bright and have just made themselves complicit in the crime for the sake of a few Eth) but it's done because only Satoshi can do anything with eBTC code and he's probably hiding in the Amazon by now.

My suggestion for the victims of this scam is to research the projects you put money into. Check if the developers have Linkedin profiles or legitimate biographies. Check what relationships developers have in business. Do your own due diligence. Don't let greed and hype overtake rationality.

Do you guys feel this is legit ?
At 5:44:14am PST this morning, the eBTC community was blindsided from what seemed to be a hack. Our founder, Satoshi21 first deleted himself from the eBTC team chat. Then systematically deleted eBTC's Medium post, our website, and Twitter. While we believe this to be completely out of character for Satoshi21, we also need to believe that we are under attack and there is a minute possibility that it was all planned from the onset. As such, we, the eBTC team is mobilizing to figure out which plan of action would be best for our community and how to regain trust.
As a team we were in the late stages of finalizing and paying 32eth (from the team's collective pockets) for a swap of all tokens through Merkator (spelling), to close the origin wallet infinite coin vulnerability. Unfortunately, Satoshi21 was the only one with access. Since we cannot gain entry, we need to create an entirely new contract/product.
Seeing this unfortunate chain of events, our team, which is intact believes we can create an entirely new product and add benefit to current tokens holders. It's perfectly natural to panic and we were too, until we figured as a team, we can do something to protect our community.
Yeah, there's no reason to trust the project after what happened, but those in the community who still believe in our team and community--hold on tight. We plan to make it right, but it's going to take some time. Please be patient with us as we go where no token project has gone before. We will continue to update as necessary.
Thank you. Pass it by IAM Kat, Apotheker, O Peculiar
yes it is legit. obvioulsy the price is rising, and only idiots sold ahha fomo time. Hard to tell if you are serious.

Yes, Satoshi can be tracked and by now someone in law enforcement probably knows who he is already, but prosecuting would depend on him still being in a country that cares (China doesn't for example), or in a country that has an extradition treaty with a country that cares.

Not everyone stays up to date on what's going on, many will just see the dip and buy it without knowing it's truly done.

But he did not doing anything wrong. He gave away free air(drop) with no value behind it besides a brainfart, and you all put a value at it and bought it.... I was very thankfull with my stack of free tokens and was happy to sell sell it as soon as the hype peaked. Looking forward to get the next free tokens
