Why are so many people against bitcoin?

There against bitcoin because they do not understand about bitcoin, they're just convinced and believe in the media that the bitcoin price keeps going down and loses people more than the news of bitcoin price increases. besides the price can not be controlled so that all countries hate bitcoin.

I think the media should largely be blamed for the negativity being expressed by people towards bitcoin. It often paints it to the general public as a get rich  quick scheme with often disastrous aftermath which should not be dabbled into. Furthermore, the daily news about central banks  banning or threatening to ban it does little to assuage the fud cloud hovering above our heads.

People are not really against it. They might be afraid to invest big amount of money thinking that they might be scammed. They don't really understand Bitcoin.

yeah I think so, people is not against it but they are afraid that it will be a scam! People thought that majority of project that comes from digital world are scam! Coz too many scam thing from internet nowadays so they really will think that it is a scam, best step to do is to educate those who are interested on crypto, and make them share to others and the others will share it too for it to become known, and it will be the start for people to know what crypto is.

Those banks are really affected about the growth of cryptocurrency since they are money launderers then there is a huge chance that they will lose some of their investors because cryptocurrency is competing with them, another thing is that, you can earn more profit if you invest on bitcoins more than placing your money on banks and setting it on time deposit.

Well, as mate mentioned that people are afraid from scamming that is why some people are not in favor of bitcoin still but we need to improve bitcoin advertisement is such a way that people can start trusting without any fear like we need to convince our friends with working with bitcoin show some practical transactions etc and give them practical knowledge in detail so that they can understand each and everything about bitcoin then hope they will lose their fear and will start trusting on bitcoin.

People are not really against it. They might be afraid to invest big amount of money thinking that they might be scammed. They don't really understand Bitcoin.

Those people who think that bitcoin is just a scam are not well knowledgeable about the market, there is always time to invest and sell your coins, most of the people who takes a marketing degree will really understand how to earn profit and those who just join trading without any information has a lower probability of earning profit and some of them are just mad spreading a fake news that bitcoins is a scam.

People tend to hate or be afraid of things that they don't understand. Maybe those people are so used to traditional things like money that they shut down anything that can change it like bitcoin and other cryptos.

There are many reason behind this issue,first of all few people invest huge money in last year since starting of December,2017 when bitcoin price was climb up in 19k then suddenly it was dropped and come down in 6k and those people lost their 70% seed money in their total invest.On the other hand few country band bitcoin currency and try to make it illegal.For those reason some people goes against bitcoin they thought it will scam soon.

Those people has different experiences about cryptocurrency, some of them are just being payed just like media's, there are companies who are being badly affected by bitcoins or any other altcoins and they need to take precautions in order for their company not to be destroyed by cryptocurrencies growth.

Undoubtedly,bitcoin is a significantly revolutionising currency and there is nothing about feeling hatered with it.
Some people may be unaware of its privileges, or getting jealous over success of its traders, that's why they seem to feel against bitcoin.
Looking forward, they will surely change their mind when all nations mark this as legal currency.
