Why do you speak without knowing? Internet is free to talk shit, I understand. It was not charged by a developer, it was charged by the company that did it....

As far as I know StarbuckBG is a BTG dev. Correct me if I am wrong.
See https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/7cnj9w/bitcoin_gold_scam_developers_caught_with_putting/

the money is being returned in a general way at bitcoin.org

What???

this coin is a fucking disaster.
Please show us your evidence before telling us your judgement about the project.

You are part of this scamming coin aren't you ? don't you know people are losing their life saving from this scamming coin

http://bitcoinwhoswho.com/blog/2017/11/16/million-dollar-mybtgwallet-scam/

what evidence you need to prove they are scammer

That's a 3rd party wallet you should never enter your private key or seed in any unknown wallet/tool UNLESS you have removed all bitcoin first that is the first rule of claiming any fork

The only real issue was the official pool started mining on a different chain somehow probably something to do with the premine and they made good my crediting the accounts from their own pocket everything else is running good

I have same problem

I SCAMED WITH THE BTG NETWORK

I downloaded BTG wallet from the official site (https://bitcoingold.org/downloads/)
and have claimed my BTG's with "privkey". Then my BTG coins showed in my wallet.
But after few hours they get stolen! from network or from the developers.
, my "privkey" is only entered on developer wallet.
I want developers to restore my 58.03385070 BTG !

this network is absolutely not certain
if it continues, it will cost 0.000000001BTC

I just setup a VM and downloading the bootstrap right now... I will monitor the behavior of the QT Wallet with a few tools after I swipe keys in there...

After all I've seen from BTG team/devs since the start what you're saying might be actually real.

What a shame for the crypto community.

Sorry for your loss. Hope you moved your BTCs before swiping the key to redeem the BTGs......

There is NO premine from Bitcoin Gold.

Bitcoin Gold wallet for windows is under development, will be published on site and this thread within next week.

But please put in the ann how many BTG you solo-mined so that new people know all the facts of this coin.

Solo-mine = premine?  Huh

I would stay away from Minergate. If you do a quick Google on them you will find that they skim off some of your hashrate for themselves, don't go there..

Probably in the near future and will make bittrex listing coins, at least hope so. While the inclusion of the purse is not visible. In general, the organizers of the course a little too quick with the release of all raw and what that requires the best improvements.

10 $ would be great for buying but I dont think we'll see it,80-100 $ is the bottom before a good pump. The btg problems will be solved soon and we'll never see such cheap gold again. Wink

It was a pain to have to have to download the entire blockchain but as Bitcoin Gold has attracted an inordinate amount of fake wallets and scam websites that I would not use anything unless it was in some was authorised by the official BTG team.

Not sure if this is the proper place to post. . .

Trying to switch some of my miners over to BTG and having some techincal issues/questions.

I'm using pool.gold, but my mining stats are not showing up when I search my wallet address.

Do all BTG wallet addresses begin with "G"?  I'm noticing every single worker on the pool seems to start with the letter 'G'.

But my wallet address starts with 'A' -- AWAfVb36Yd5Uoe4RbyskFdKUqcUqUMrGZR

I got this address as a deposit address from abucoins exchange.  I was trying to find a decent wallet, but short of downloading a 100Gig core wallet, I was coming up short!  Any better, quick/easy BTG wallet suggestions?

Is this issue with my wallet address the reason my stats are not showing up?

Yes A addresses are normal its like bitcoin 1 and 3 addresses I think G is a 1 address and A is a 3 address

Thank you Tek.

So I wonder why my stats are not showing up in pool.gold then . . .   ?  *scratching head. . .   *

Claymore seems to be running fine on 2 rigs pointed to the pool.
