The part about trust in candidates is kinda tricky. It'll only work out if the majority of people use it, or if it's universally accepted, which are sort of related. I guess we can all agree that's a bit too big to claim for the ICO.

We believe in crowd wisdom too. It's up to the majority of people to decide whether our solution is the best or not. We have found our niche in meeting the needs of professionals, businesses and internet advertising at our Reputation Building Platform on the Ethereum blockchain. Our ultimate goal is building a unique Artificial Intelligence Personal Assistant for the purpose of international HR management. So we believe it's enough to claim for the ICO as soon as there is a very high market demand for our product now.

What is your token needed for? How will it work?

We strongly believe that our token is necessary for the following things. First, our token is an instrument of Reputation building. Second, our token is the means of payment for advertising. Third, our token is an instrument for promotion of employee profiles.

nice project with good idea

That sounds like a challenge  Huh

AWE isn't designed as the best cryptocurrency in the world but as the functional currency for the definite ecosystem.

We will have it in December, 2017. As for our MVP, the idea is to create a personal cabinet and integrate it with smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain in January, 2018. This means existence of a specific smart contract where your skills can be confirmed by the other users on the basis of decentralization.

I didn't go through all the information deeply so can't say anything as final words or opinion at this moment. I see this project interesting that's why would like to ask for my satisfaction what is the difference between aworker and indorse project. I usually don't quote other projects but sometimes it is inevitable to mention their names.

We will accept ETH for sure. As for the other cryptos it all depends.

Indorse allows the users to profit from sharing their skills and activities on the platform by giving back the ownership of the data to them. As for Aworker, we go further than our competitors by connecting employers and potential employees on the basis of decentralized reputation building. Indorse facilitates decentralized confirmation of skills too. As for our key advantage it is our ability to provide independent ratings services. Indorse lacks this ability.

I like this idea. And the white paper is enough detail-oriented. So that I think it will be another good project.

Thank you. We believe in the project as well. We are working hard to make it interesting. Do you know any influencers who may use Aworker? We believe, that working with crypto influencers closely in first months of this project is crucial for the long term success.

That’s something I can actually use in my profession. I’m excited to see how this will turn out.

Our goal is to be number one Reputation building platform for professionals in the crypto space in one year. Later we plan to expand to other countries after we will have a solid and scalable technology development.

This thread is one of the best ones I have seen for a while now on Bitcointalk. I still have to read the whitepaper, but can I already ask 1 question:
What kind of professionals can use Aworker? I am curious about healthcare, can professionals from healthcare also use this platform?

Though they aren't our target audience now, in the long run, we will try to spot the opportunities for health professionals, for example, in the USA.

I like the overall idea for your project. One suggestion is to make signatures&avatars for your bounty and maybe make your Telegram chat a bit more explanatory. Best of luck to the devs!
