Do you believe that any employer can objectively assess employee skills and competencies?

We strongly believe that a competent employer can do that task.

Interesting concept. Can't say how practical this can be at the moment. Even similar jobs/positions in different companies may end up in various workloads. How do you evaluate/compare employees based on different standards? How does 1 candidate stand out if most people in the same category have similar skills and monthly work completion rates?

Interesting concept of Blockchain utilization, but what will be at the end of implementation is even more interesting.

Now we are speaking strictly about giving grades for the competencies described by workers in their own profiles on our platform. And those workers are sales employees strictly speaking. And our platform will help them build their reputation from scratch by regulating the evaluations exchanged in a team.

Aworker will give you an exact information about the feedback from various employees on that company and help you to make the right decision about it.

What happens when the data is sent to Blockchain?

The total coefficient is calculated and a worker's personal rating is determined by it.

What influences a position in your rating?

A worker’s position in the rating depends on the assessment results provided by a supervisor and a worker’s verified skills.

What is an employee to do to be listed in your rating?

An employee describes the skills he/she possesses. If people give a decentralized verification of these skills via smart contract in the blockchain, then this employee is rewarded for participation in our Rating.

Are those people who participate in the skills verification also get rewarded?
