So how can I understand that my skill is confirmed?

An employee’s skill is deemed confirmed only after the minimum number of votes is collected.

Creating a Bitcoin client that fully implements the network protocol is extremely difficult. Bitcoin Core and some of its derivatives are the only known safe implementations of full nodes. Some other projects attempt to compete, but it is not recommended to use such software for anything serious. (Lightweight clients like Electrum and MultiBit are OK.)

An employee’s skill is deemed confirmed only after the minimum number of votes is collected.

Is the skills verification guaranteed by smart contract?

A special smart contract provides a transparent procedure of personal skills verification for every participant.

And what's the next step?

Then you give a link to some confirming document (some certificate or diploma) to be checked by other users.

Are they supposed to vote for free?

The users are supposed to send AWE tokens to a Prize Fund to be authorized for voting and then the voters who win a majority are supposed to get their rewards from the Prize Fund.

What does transparency mean?

An employee who is willing to work under transparent condition signals that he/she has nothing to hide from the experts or the community. Even in the social networks  Smiley

By what things can the experts and the community members evaluate an employee?

By the information about their personal development in their social networks, for example. By the posts about the trainings and the professional events they attend.
